Worst Customer Service at Subway- Betts Ave West
I recently visited Subway and had an awful - - experience. The staff seemed completely uninterested in taking my order. When I tried to customize my meal, she pretended to listen but didn't even bother to acknowledge what I was saying. Her attitude was dismissive, and I could tell she wasn't interested in making my meal. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Subway again. The lack of customer service is appalling.

Got a turkey and bacon and the bacon was raw. They are supposed to cook the bacon in the toaster oven - but today nope! Disgusting. Ruined the entire sub as I couldn't take it off either as it was stuck between the cheese and lettuce.
The hardest thing about newcomers is that they don't know how or if bacon is cooked as they don't eat it - plus they don't like the smell of cooking pork so they prefer to throw it on raw. That's what happened today.

Save your time money and breath. The worst customer service ever. Had I known they had so many other previous complains on their absolute LACK of customer service I would have never came. I was confused by the menu and instead of getting help I was laughed at. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. Whoever is working there need to be cleared out and replaced with just better people in general. Shameful.

It is a subway. Exactly what you expect. You tell them how to create the sub you want. Store was clean. Staff were friendly, but, knew nothing about questions I had for the app. Sub was ok, nothing super special but, also not bad , taste was fine. I would go back again, but kot next week.

I visit today to get vegetarian subway and I politely asked front counter lady to change her gloves as we are very sensitive towards vegetarian things because eating non vegetarian is against my religion. She started shouting at me. Though I give tit for tat response but I will suggest not to visit this place until they learn customer service. We are paying money okay so we don’t deserve rude or impolite behaviour. Please learn some moral values and ethics. If people like you don’t want to work simply get out of here.
