It is a subway. Exactly what you expect. You tell them how to create the sub you want.
Store was clean. Staff were friendly, but, knew nothing about questions I had for the app.
Sub was ok, nothing super special but, also not bad , taste was fine.
I would go back again, but kot next week.

I wish I could give 0 star. I visit today to get vegetarian subway and I politely asked front counter lady to change her gloves as we are very sensitive towards vegetarian things because eating non vegetarian is against my religion. She started shouting at me. Though I give tit for tat response but I will suggest not to visit this place until they learn customer service. We are paying money okay so we don’t deserve rude or impolite behaviour. Please learn some moral values and ethics. If people like you don’t want to work simply get out of here.

Very busy here. Careless when assembling sandwiches even when an allergy is reported. I get that they were busy but would hope they take care to avoid reported allergens from the ingredient trays.

Very poor customer service. I ordered online and my pickup time was 10:45 pm. I was there by 10:49pm. And found my order was left out of the door on the floor.online store closed at 11:00pm . I knocked she didn’t open the door. Just ignored. I have to throw whole packet in garbage idk since how long she kept over there. That’s rubbish. Last time when I ordered it wasn’t grilled and while handling it she was rude. And this time she literally crossed the line . Never gonna order.it wasted my money

I always order over here, but this time really disappointed! I order $20 subs. Ham and cheese dipper, there are no ham inside and the wrap is very hard which I don’t know it’s normal or not. After I ate the BMT, feel stomach and throw up all of the food. I’m pregnant it’s very important that the food is clean and fresh. Also put so things i didnot ask. For another sub, i ask for teriyaki sause, i got bbq sauce instead.
After all. So disappointed this time.
