I wanted to exchange 1 item from the large group menu but not allowed. I was offered only more of one of the items already ordered and if so then I would also be charged an additional $3.00.
Not great customer service!
i ordered 6 dishes a while back including sweet and sour chicken and chicken stir fry. I didn't get these two dishes instead chicken fried rice which was unknown to be gluten free and what we thought might be a soup again unknown to be gluten free. These two dishes were the only ones not marked as what they were. I was charged for what I ordered $10.00 over value. An honest mistake then why were they not marked as the contents as were the other things I ordered?
I stop there every trip I make to Stoon for work, the summer rolls with chicken and shrimp are amazing! I always bring some home to the kids! Large portion for 4 summer rolls!
