I had the Sate Pho which had a really good peanut flavour in the broth. I really enjoyed it, the portions were a little smaller than other pho restaurants in the city. The pricing gave the illusion that they would be a little bigger. However the speed of service and general helpfulness of the staff exceeded expectations! Would recommend, especially if you're already in the North End.

Food: I ordered chicken curry soup. It was good, but it felt like there was flavour missing. It had rice noodles (lots), chicken, and broth, with green onion (I think) as a garnish. Maybe it needed more curry paste, or some cilantro. One of our party can't have gluten, and there were many gluten free options.
Service: very polite and accommodating! We had to sit near the door to fit our party, and the winter air made the area chilly. But they understood and apologized. Casual and friendly.
Atmosphere: we didn't get to sit in the main dining area, so I can't say anything about that area. The spot we did sit in was fine, but I felt like the music was a bit simple and repetitive (two-finger piano music on repeat). There was a TV nearby playing nice short wintery videos of nature and resorts.

Summer Roll Restaurant has really good Vietnamese and Chinese food. Most of their menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. This is our new go-to Chinese food restaurant.

The best pad Thai I have ever had. We just picked up and brought it home, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but our food was ready just as we walked in. Perfect timing!!!

I've eaten hair in his noodles. The hygiene is poor. Be careful And the quantity is getting smaller and smaller. The pork chop rice had 4 pieces at the beginning but later it only had 2 pieces.
