TacoTime Midtown

Went at 1 in the afternoon, pretty sure only one person was working. I was the only customer, i waited 20 minutes for my food, a taco salad, no modifications feom how its listed in the menu. Finally got my food and it was missing 3 different ingredients and was essentially a bowl of cold refried beans and tomatoes.

I did a online order I got what I ordered service was slow due to only one staff member working at 430pm on a Tuesday the stuff member was great and doing her best with it being busy plus doing skip orders , tacotime do better for your staff no one should have to work alone in a mall

Grabbed food with my son and the lady used her hands with no gloves to put more ice inside our drink because it wasn't full to the top. I was so grossed out couldn't even eat our food. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Will never eat at taco time again.

Worst customer service, server was one middle aged lady from India , she was so rude all the time and felt like I was doing some crime by just being there , You need to change this person in case if you are looking for customers, Date may 15 2024 ,4:10pm

The food was good but presentation was terrible and customer service wasn’t the best. She was speaking with other customers while serving me wasn’t sure who she was speaking to and made me walk in front of another customer to get my order

I had ordered delivery (Uber eats)from here and they ended up missing one thing. I gave them a call and the staff ran to where I was just to deliver my new order. Very thankful for the staff, I forgot to ask for his name but they are amazing!

Worst customer service I have ever had. I had the employee screaming at us what’s our order then proceeded to keep cleaning. Then got mad when she got to till like taking our order was such a problem is was at midtown at 6:28pm on July 4th Tuesday. I suggest talking to this employee I have had multiple horrible services because of them.

It was very good

The food was really warm and the workers were very nice

Vegetarian options: I got the refried bean burrito, really good.

The tacos was’t made as I order and the employee wasn’t even listening our order properly ,I have to wait 10 mins for order a Pepsi after I order my food.

This was before the holidays started placed an order for a few Veggie Burritos. It was an older lady that I notice she barely can speak English. I made it clear that I did not want any Cheese or Sour Cream on any of them. Even wrote down my order. Got home and all that was on. I wasted my hard earn money on 6 orders to pitch them in the garbage. Also when or if the owner does respond I do have a Title. I am part of the Royal Family and the only one in Canada. I would never order from Taco Time again.

Best experience ever! Service was fast and the quesadilla was fresh and delicious! This location never disappoints!
