Went here 15 minutes before close and was refused service when all i wanted was a couple sides of hot sauce. Ignored for 15 minutes then when i asked for a manager had a hot sauce thrown at me by a worker with glasses on. Embarrassing for the location. Hopefully people eat elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Taco Time. I ordered a taco salad, and the crispy taco shell was broken. When I told the staff, she said she gave me more taco chips — but they weren’t even the same kind! That’s dishonest and rude. The employee’s behavior was unacceptable, and the service was terrible. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I visited the Midtown location a few days ago and had a great experience. I asked the lady at the counter about vegetarian options, and she went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and help me make the best choice. Her name was Nathiksha (an Indian lady) and her customer service was truly impressive. She was polite, knowledgeable, and handled all customers so calmly and efficiently. I really appreciate her dedication and the way she manages her work. She’s definitely an asset to this place. Highly recommend her and this location!

The cashier, food prep lady tossed cheese left on the counter to the people waiting in line, not friendly, not enough staff working to keep the lines short.

Took family to this location for dinner and after recieving our food we noticed our order was incorrect. When I brought it up to the worker she got weirdly hostile and kept repeating that we were wrong. She even went so far as to shake the receipt in front of my 11 year old nieces face and tell her she was lying? I can only assume she thought we were trying to get free items but I only wanted the correct tacos for my family and offered to quickly pay for what she missed. I even apologized and said maybe she didn't hear us but she kept accusing us of lying. I'm genuinely baffled why she was so aggressive and upset but her getting that way with my young niece is what I find the most egregious. This was an older woman if she is upset she shouldn't take it out on an 11 year old child.

Ordered for the family, got served fast and the food was fresh and a generous amount of toppings best Taco Time in the city.

Was quick and fast service. Great place to order from!!

Went at 1 in the afternoon, pretty sure only one person was working. I was the only customer, i waited 20 minutes for my food, a taco salad, no modifications feom how its listed in the menu. Finally got my food and it was missing 3 different ingredients and was essentially a bowl of cold refried beans and tomatoes.

I did a online order I got what I ordered service was slow due to only one staff member working at 430pm on a Tuesday the stuff member was great and doing her best with it being busy plus doing skip orders , tacotime do better for your staff no one should have to work alone in a mall

Grabbed food with my son and the lady used her hands with no gloves to put more ice inside our drink because it wasn't full to the top. I was so grossed out couldn't even eat our food. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Will never eat at taco time again.

Worst customer service, server was one middle aged lady from India , she was so rude all the time and felt like I was doing some crime by just being there , You need to change this person in case if you are looking for customers, Date may 15 2024 ,4:10pm

The food was good but presentation was terrible and customer service wasn’t the best. She was speaking with other customers while serving me wasn’t sure who she was speaking to and made me walk in front of another customer to get my order

I had ordered delivery (Uber eats)from here and they ended up missing one thing. I gave them a call and the staff ran to where I was just to deliver my new order. Very thankful for the staff, I forgot to ask for his name but they are amazing!
