No fountain drinks available, said their supplier hadn't delivered, wanted apple empanadas...none. No washroom available, said 2 days ago it was out of order and not fixed. Issues with the debit for us, but clearly worked for the drive thru.

Went in at 11:00 a.m and there was nobody to be found, I could hear some movement in the back so I waited patiently for about 10 to 15 minutes, still nothing, so I just left and will never return if I'm going to be treated like an animal.

I encountered an unpleasant experience when using the washroom. The toilet appeared to have not been cleaned for some time, as there was blood and urine all over it. Additionally, there was no toilet paper available. As a result, I was too disgusted to eat my food...
