I order 6 roti, roti are not well its hard chew so price isn’t worth for roti and butter chicken isn’t cooked properly

Not worth it small portion of butter chicken with price of 18 dollars..

I ordered 2 meals from them by uber and there was some of stuff was missing when called at store no one answered it.

They have stale food. Even after telling them that last time you served me stale samosa, this time again they put in mixture of fresh and stale. Big no, pls avoid, it's not good

I ordered from DoorDash, and the chicken tandoori was completely undercooked—not just in the middle, but all the way through. Seriously? That’s so dangerous. Salmonella is a real risk, and this is just unacceptable. I can’t believe they’d serve something like this. They really need to step up their food safety standards.

I gave them a shot despite the bad reviews here... lt was my bad. Do not order here. I waited for the order for so long... and I am saving you time. Do not order here. Just get Mcdonalds if you're hungry.

If they have buy 1 get 1 free on their uber website and then they just give you one.
If you call them & they say we don’t know you can check with the uber, poor service and don’t know how to handle customers❌

ordered naan for my office lunch , called at 10AM to ask them to 11.45AM pickup , got my order at 12PM all burn very bad taste and got charged $31 for 8 Naans,

I ordered Lunch meal for my office colleagues as they wanted to try Butter Chicken at the office on 51st. The overall taste was good. Samosas were better.
They forgot to supply cutlery with the meal. If you are serving rice in the meal, how are we suppose to eat rice without cutlery.
You need to improve on that.

I ordered chicken biryani and manchurian chicken. Chicken quality was very bad.

Yesterday I placed a small order totalling $15.67 with Taj Mahal on 51st through Uber Eats. I immediately cancelled the order, then immediately placed a new order, adding a second entree & removing a fried rice, totalling $19.79.
But Uber Eats charged me for BOTH orders! And Uber Eats refuses to refund me or credit my account $15.67, the cost of the cancelled order.
So I sheepishly asked Taj Mahal if they would be willing to extend a kindness and fulfill my little cancelled but paid-for order, & that I would “eat” the fees & come pick it up myself & at their convenience! I was disappointed when they too said NO.
Soooo I’ve deleted my Uber Eats App.
And despite being a repeat customer of Taj Mahal, my last order with them turned out to be my all time last order with them :(
I WILL however continue to patronize SHARMA CURRY EXPRESS & SWEETS on 8th Street!!! Their Indian food is SO authentic & delicious, they are SO welcoming & friendly, & they have on more than one occasion slipped a surprise sweet in with my order. SHARMA is a glowing example of both excellent food & outstanding service that keeps me coming back & telling others!!!

I got a my order they did not give me the bill they just charge the money and they gave me the burn butter naan they don’t wanna return because I don’t have a bill I showed them a picture
