When in 2024 a Sask. woman was turned away from this restaurant due to guide dog and then the restaurant management apologizes, you expect the customer service to have improved. Fast forward to 2025,guess what ? Their customer service is still ignorant and lacking basic respect towards customers.
I am (was now) a regular customer here for last 2 years. The other day my family and I went there. However, before arriving, we phoned ahead, placed our order (for dine in) and gave the exact time of our arrival. We did arrive on time. However, when the food came, 2 of the items were not cooked well. On my way out, I saw the chef and gave my feedback on the half cooked items. He very casually and rather promptly replied "because you were in a hurry". I was stunned with that response. A few days later I tried calling the owners in regina, expecting then to hear me out. They weren't available, I left a message. They got my message, never called me. The next day I get a call from the saskatoon restaurant, from the server, who said, she is sorry, chef is also sorry. I said, but the chef never spoke to me. She said, the chef said sorry to her. Then lastly she said, when you come next time, we will give you free food. Customer service is dying a slow death in this business, and they haven't learnt their lesson.

The dosa is not crisp enough , Sambhar - too thick … instead one can take MTR powder and follow the recipe it will be 100 times better Chutney is being sold like gold or silver not sure from where they got those tiny cups

I had a very bad experience with employees of this restaurant, never recommended. Yesterday, i picked skip order from this restaurant, the behaviour of employee was very rude. They don’t know how to behave with other people☹️, i am also wondering how they behave with their customers even they don’t have customers service skills, i aslo wanted to mention that she was a girl with a negative attitude. They should know that a delivery person is also a human, they are not animals. I am so hurtful that she was also belongs to my community and her behaviour and attitude 👎🏻😒

first i am thankful to them they let us eat when they were closing for 1 hour . we food was OK OK .server seems to be unhappy after looking us coming. they need to train their servers that they should welcome customers with smile on their face

While the food is good in taste, I found steel wool in it on one occasion and the waitress didn't seem terribly concerned. The chef sent out gulab jamun to make amends, but since this contains milk and honey and I am a vegan, this came across more as an insult.
Worst biryani, rice was bad. Vegetables in wore chopped n mixed without cooking. Nothing tells thay was biryani, vomited. Plz avoid this place.
