Overall the food tasted good, however the food portions are very small for the price you pay. Also my friend found hair in their food and the guy at the front accused my friend of planting it in the food when I myself and another friend seen them pull the hair from their food. Horrible customer service, friend had to plead case just to get a refund. Customer service is not the greatest.

Wow! An authentic true to Mexico restaurant. Does it feel on the higher end on price? Yes. But it is so worth it!! Besides everything is expensive now a days. I tried the flautas, gringas, burritos. Tacos al pastor, lengua and birria. No not all at one sitting. Birria is a must try! Customer service was warm and helpful.

Had the beef tongue tacos, they were really good although they could use a lot more flavor. I should know because my grandmother comes from that area of the world! My family didn't really like as it didn't compare to back home but we would like to give it a second chance. Service was really good I have to say and was surprised they could speak English and Spanish. The crowd was very busy and noisy so I wouldn't recommend it for a date night when it's most busy or if you're looking to bring the kids out.

far too expensive for tiny portions. got three fingers of rolled up chicken bits covered in lettuce, tomatoes. not even the cup of white cheese could help it. dry, tasteless and not what you pictured. called to ask where the guacamole is and they said the watery avocado juice was the guac. trust me. go to any other fast food place and you'll get the same.

Best mexican food I’ve had in the city forsure, I notice a lot of people complain about the price due to portions but my portions seemed right , & for the quality of food being served I’m fine with paying their prices it’s not really extreme prices to me anyways.. I know the effort it takes to make this kind of food that’s why no one else in the city is serving it like this. I would recommend maybe offering a side of fresh nachos and salsa with every order $20+ Maybe that could keep some of these people happy lol

What an amazing place to eat!! If you love traditional , authentic Mexican food, you'll love it here. From the first bite of rice and beans, I knew it was going to be good! I had the suadero tacos and my husband had the fish. Huge portions and so good. They have traditional toppings and lots of variety of hot sauces. And everyone is very friendly. I love this place. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful, friendly family owns this small restaurant and serves up the best authentic Mexican food (had the gringa and pambazo)! We’ll be back.

I’ve been looking for a restaurant with authentic Mexican food, and I finally found it! The staff were so helpful and extremely friendly. Their drink selection was also incredible. Can’t wait to try the quesabirria on a weekend very soon!

Delicious food. Not enough for the price. 1 star because of the juvenile responses from the owner to the other negative reviewers…did not see these before I went. You are lucky to have paying customers not the other way around.I won’t go back here and give my money to a business that can’t handle criticism.

As someone who has been to Mexico multiple times, the food here is so authentic! The people who have left poor reviews may not have actually been to Mexico but this place is a breath of fresh air in the prairies. The food is outstanding and I look forward to eating my way through the menu. The staff is so friendly and has had great recommendations for the food. The tacos are so tasty- so far I've enjoyed the tongue, fish (was hot, light, crispy), al pastor, and steak. You can't beat how incredibly fresh the corn tortillas are. The spicy avocado sauce is delicious and the salsa! Everything is fresh and tastes like it was made by someone who loves you. The torta al pastor is out of this world. Prepare for messy hands but it's worth it! Friends have had the tamales and said they were outstanding and just as good as what they had in Mexico. If you're used to Tex-Mex and North American portions (a theme in the handful of poor reviews), this probably isn't the place for you. It's not on the restaurant if you're not used to authentic Mexican food. It's like going to Italy and complaining they don't offer deep dish pizza. If you like deep dish pizza, go to Chicago. If you like Tex-Mex, maybe a trip to Mucho Burrito or Taco Bell would be more appropriate. Some of the best "restaurants" in Mexico that are incredibly famous are a simple taco truck with 1 person running the entire thing and you eat with your hands. The utensils and plates don't make the meal. It's the ingredients and care that go into making delicious, well-balanced food and this restaurant absolutely offers that.
