Guy was practically begging me to buy their food, gave me a discount on the food if i bought from him. Was my first time at this mall so i didnt know that this place cooks with no flavour or passion. The green curry tasted like sadness and the pad thai was the same with a hint of unwashed hands and regret. I had to chew the chicken like 40 times before i could swallow. Upset tummy. Wont come back.

Best soup I’ve ever had from a Thai Express. Customer service was great, everyone was so kind.

My meal was burnt. I feel like I could taste the burnt pan it was cooked on. The location in Brighton is where I usually go it tastes better and they give free refills on drinks, this place cost $1.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst Thai Express meal I’ve ever had. Completely disappointing from start to finish.
Well for one they are very pushy like basically made us guilted into buying from them then to only have the rice been flavorless and shells left on the shrimp in the soup so you have to fix it out. I don’t understand why you charge as if you are giving top tier service and then just to give mediocre styled food that you could have gotten from a homeless guy outside.

The staff is very friendly, as for the dish the taste was okayish (not close to actual thai), though the quantity was more than sufficient. It costed about $15.

Spent 200 bucks with skip the dish. My wife started feeling ill after eating her meal. I had some lobster noodle dish which tasted off and chucked it out. The ice tea they had were tasty though. Basically a waste of 200.00
Had relatively low expectations for mall Thai food but still left disappointed. $17 for a small scoop of bland curry with a few toppings in a box 90% filled with plain rice. Haven’t been to other locations so not sure if this is normal for Thai express.
Great helpful staff. Sanjay cooked a wonderful pad see ew for me!

Poor quality taste, and the amount is too small. The price is high, and the communication is abysmal. They charged 7.25 for a 500 ml water bottle, but we were told it comes with a combo. Before we left, we asked them why that was. They replied that they gave us five little anthons but we never asked for them. We ordered chicken with rice and chicken noodles. They asked whether we wanted shrimp and chicken mix. We thought with the same price and we said yes. But charged another $10 for 10 pieces of shrimp. The shrimp looks raw. Don't recommend. I will not go again.
Had an excellent experience at Thai Express in the mall. The Thairacha Chicken with noodles was absolutely amazing and the Pad Thai was very tasty as well. We also made one of the meals as a combo and added Fried Chicken Dumpling with a drink. Also appreciate that they offer special halal options, which is a big plus. The service was outstanding—Priya was very hospitable, friendly and made the visit truly enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the mall!

10/10 food & customer service! They have gluten-free options, and you can literally smell the yummy food when you walk over. I was helped by Sanjay (?), and he ensured I had a positive experience. Would munch here again, & I’d recommend the same to anyone else.
