Poor quality taste, and the amount is too small. The price is high, and the communication is abysmal. They charged 7.25 for a 500 ml water bottle, but we were told it comes with a combo. Before we left, we asked them why that was. They replied that they gave us five little anthons but we never asked for them. We ordered chicken with rice and chicken noodles. They asked whether we wanted shrimp and chicken mix. We thought with the same price and we said yes. But charged another $10 for 10 pieces of shrimp. The shrimp looks raw. Don't recommend. I will not go again.
Had an excellent experience at Thai Express in the mall. The Thairacha Chicken with noodles was absolutely amazing and the Pad Thai was very tasty as well. We also made one of the meals as a combo and added Fried Chicken Dumpling with a drink. Also appreciate that they offer special halal options, which is a big plus. The service was outstanding—Priya was very hospitable, friendly and made the visit truly enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the mall!

10/10 food & customer service! They have gluten-free options, and you can literally smell the yummy food when you walk over. I was helped by Sanjay (?), and he ensured I had a positive experience. Would munch here again, & I’d recommend the same to anyone else.

$19 for green curry Thai with battered steak. The batter on the steak bits was still raw. Enough curry for 50% of the rice. Rest of the rice was plain. I have low food standard especially for mall food but for the first time in my life it wasn’t even edible. $19 gets you enough for almost a bowl of food.

I went to Thailand multiple times due to work and loved thai food. Craved for it today that is why we went to Midtown Plaza since I remembered that there is a small restaurant selling thai food. Ordered the thai fried rice combo with tomato and pineapple and chicken as the protein and fresh spring roll on the side. 1st- they asked where we are seated and given the presumption they are going to deliver the order on our table. Well, they did not. They said it will take 2 minutes but we didn't believe the staff because 2 mins is too quick to prepare the order so we are not bothered at all that it has been 15 minutes and order was not there. 2nd- the taste of the fried rice is not thai at all and I was given a chili sauce instead of peanut butter sauce for fresh spring roll. My husband went back to the staff to ask for peanut butter sauce and they said they ran out but one of the staff said there is one more left in the fridge.3rd- the sauce is already bad. Good thing I know that it is already spoiled. I am pregnant and can't afford to have food poisoning. We returned the sauce and they just apologized. Staffs should be trained to double check the food because somebody might get sick because of bad quality of product.
Super disappointed. To think that fried rice, regular iced tea and 1 spring roll costs 23 bucks. Won't be going back again and won't recommend this to anyone.

So I am running a market at Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. A friend went to get me some food, pad thai, which was delicious. Problem is that when my friend asked for a fork, they said they didn’t have any. Like seriously, how was I supposed to eat it? I got a fork from Tim Hortons. Do better Thai Express!

we ordered mango salad and tom yum soup which are our favorite Thai food but they’re definitely not Thai food, mango salad is purely mango and cabbage, tom yum soup is having noodles but all are under cooked, please dont waste your money if you’re looking for authentic one

“Chicken” is mostly coating and flavour profiles are off compared to other Thai food. Also costs nearly double what it should for what you get.

Two nice guys served me and through no fault of theirs… this does not taste like Pad Thai at all. May be time to review the recipe!
