The Canadian Brewhouse (Saskatoon West)

Very disappointed 😞 in their customer service!

A group of 4 of us decided to try our local CBH on Saturday evening. When we arrived, we noticed a sign on the front door. It advised that they were closed until 5:00 pm for a private function. We were relieved to see that it was 5:15 pm. The door was open, so we entered the restaurant.

We were met by a staff member who rudely advised that they were closed for a private function. We said that we understood, but advised her that it was after the time listed at the front entrance. She proceeded to curtly explain they needed at least an hour to 'clean up'. She abruptly turned away and we had no choice but to walk out.

The situation could have handled much better by the staff - and to ensure correct signage is present.

Needless to say, we will never frequent that restaurant again.

Best Sports bar in Saskatoon

Nothing special prices on the high side. Service was great. Atmosphere sports. Appetizer (Wings) small portions okay flavor @$18 a plate maybe 1/2 pound. If it was a pound that would include the plate. I bought 3 orders. My order was $267 including $37.50 tip. Will probably visit again great menu. Have a great day.

Food was generally good, but service wasn't great. We had to ask for enough menus, then they weren't taken away. Order requests were missed including one food intolerance that needed to be remade. Plates/glasses were never cleared.

We all enjoyed our evening out with good food and great service! Wasn't too loud so we were easily able to catch up with each other!

The environment was nice but we did go early in the day when they just opened so might be louder later in the day. The food was okay.

I didn't have any food, but it was very loud and crowded. I would not go back. Too stressful. It's a sports bar, basically.

Normally I really like Canadian Brewhouse. Always had good service. But i went in for father’s day with my two kids yesterday. It was 3:45 and there was supposedly free appie for pappie until 4:00. They told us the patio was closed and too sit anywhere. We sat..and sat.. no waitress came to give us a menu. No waters. It was like they were avoiding our table. It wasn’t even busy. The last straw was the three waitresses chatting at the bar and still no one even talked to me or my kids. We sat for 15mins with nothing , then We left. Very poor, especially on what was supposed to be a special day. Thanks for nothing.

Food was not appetizing, dry, and bland. Had 3 different people serve us, no one came to check how the food was. The forks are neat I guess, that’s about all I have to say that’s good. Spend your money somewhere else.

Served my 4 year old chicken nuggets that were covered in mold. Undeniably covered, idk how the kitchen wouldn’t notice especially because they put them all onto a skewer. No comp on the kids meal or anything after my kid couldn’t eat dinner while he waited for them to remake it. Also didn’t bring or offer ice cream for the kids meals. Overall bad experience. The mold was off putting , wondering what the rest of the kitchen looks like of chicken nuggets are growing mold.
