My parents went there for supper last night, the waiting staff was rude, and put my parents in a “dark corner”, treated them with no respect, the hostess was yawning at the front desk, they were less then welcoming.

I'm so disappointed with The Cave. My boyfriend and I went there for an early supper. The buns that were served with the soup were dry. We never got our appetizer. We both ordered chicken cordon blue. He has the rice pilaf, while I had baked potato. The mixed veggies looked really good. I found that the beets tasted like a bit of dirt. Which when you wash beets improperly they will taste dirty when cooked. The chicken cordon blue was ok. It was deep fried, yuck. The elderly couple across from us didn't even have salt and pepper on their table. We leant them ours. Good Lord the bathrooms were freezing!!!!!!! Both the women and mens. The waitress said it was because when some work was done, they put the insulation in backwards. So it keeps cold in and heat out. Why was this not fixed? I did appreciate that the music wasn't loud. You could hear it but still have a conversation. There was a couple other little things, but I can't remember them. I won't be going back.

The hostesses were little 16 year old girls and had a bit of an attitude, but it's whatever. Our server was an AMAZING silver fox 🦊! He was so friendly and very attentive. He was great, the food was what you expect from a restaurant but nothing amazing. The cave environment was unique. Definitely an experience.

Saskatoon classic! Grew up going for special occasions and to this day my family likes to go for birthday celebrations! Warning if youre there at same time as me it'll be very noisy

You wouldn't want the Greek Ribs cooked anymore that they were, unless you are into the char flavor. Beer was cold tho, and had great company.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star rating but after my experience there I don't think it deserves it. The atmosphere is really cool and is definitely a unique and interesting place to go and our server was polite and nice. Where this place faulters unfortunately was the service and food. It took well over an hour to get our meals and when we did get them, mine was lukewarm and my date's was cold. We sent hers back but it had taken so long to get them in the first place that we had to get going. I went up to the counter to pay for my meal and paid cash, which was around $30, my partner's meal which she didn't get to eat was comped at least which is nice but also the bare minimum. The person who took payment then had the wonderful idea to point out that I still had to pay $1.03. A dollar and three cents. For food that was cold and took over an hour. Why would you even bother at that point lady, and to be honest she is half the reason I am writing this review.

Atmosphere was great, service was excellent - however the food was mediocre at best. We were a party of 7. The calamari was rubbery and no seasoning, the chicken souvlaki was so dense and tasteless that we could not eat them so we had to say something. Thankfully they were more than happy to remove them from our bill. Lasagna was tasty but the sauce was very watery. We did enjoy the Greek salads, but the feta cheese could be crumbled rather then the very large chunks. One suggestion would be you do not need to serve so much bread. Overall we would not be inclined to return.
