Was very underwhelmed by the experience here. Heard so many wonderful things about this place. The food was uhmm.. not the greatest and way over priced for frozen veggies on the side.. Ordered chicken strips for my son and he was served fish.. I asked 2 questions about the menu to the server.. she couldn't answer either just blankly stared at me. The concept is neat inside and my son loved the little cove we sat in..

Love the atmosphere here but the very young bartender had no idea how to make a lot of the cocktails on the menu. If it was more complicated than a well highball rhymes had no clue. The service was painfully slow too and the bar only had three tables occupied when we were there. We often had empty glasses and were looking g for the server to order a couple more. Painful

I’m so sorry to say this but we went to the cave for supper tonight. We had a large group but the food was not good at all. ( most people complained) , but we were to nice to mention it to the young waitresses. My meal was ice cold , potatoe was burnt and extremely dry and cold. Spending a very high amount we expected better food. I’m sorry again but we were not impressed with the food at all.

The times I have gone to Saskatoon it is a place I visit. Greek Food was great and reasonably priced. Lives up to its legendary Saskatoon place to go. Atmosphere is like none other.

Went out for birthday supper - 11 people. 1.5 hour wait for food on a Tuesday. I ordered a fajolaki sandwich - the chicken was about 2mm thick lol. Was completely overcooked - seemed like it just came out of the microwave. Staff was great. Food was not.

Very disappointed. Such a cool place but very disappointed with the food and the waitress we had. Our waitress was an older blonde lady and she wasn't paying attention and not noticing emty drinks. We didnt wait terribly long for our food, the pizza was ok but one pizza we had was soggy and I dont belive it was fully cooked. Spaghetti and meatballs was meant to be spicy, it wasn't at all. The chicken fingers and fries we from like frozen boxes. One stall in the washroom didnt have a lock. Just overall disappointed.

Went to the restaurant not knowing what to expect and went into this cool 1970s Flintstone looking Cave. A waiter was named John and he was extremely helpful and a very good waiter. We really enjoyed him. The food was amazing like good old comfort, food, lasagna, andthe French onion soup was amazing as well. Good job you guys.
We came all the way from Houston Texas to have a Celebration of Life for my sister. Everyone at The Cave was amazing. I grew up in Saskatoon and remember this place from my childhood. I am so glad it is still a staple of fine dining in Saskatoon. All the staff were amazing! The owner George made us feel like family from the second we walked in the door! Thanks to everyone. We will be back on our next visit to the prairies!

Coming from Winnipeg this was one of the things I was most excited about and it did NOT disappoint!! Our server John was an absolute delight; one of the best servers I’ve ever had, super fast and super nice! The hosts were all super friendly as well, big menu selection and both of our meals were delicious! 100% would come again!
