great atmosphere, super friendly staff, very fast service, food came super quick and was exceptional. some of the best wings ive had. reasonably priced, a little on the higher end for some things but on par with most places and you definitely get what you pay for. bathrooms were clean

Excellent food! We had the perogies as well as the salmon taco. But it was their Haskap & Onion sauce....amazing! I bought two jars to bring home. We really enjoyed our short time there and I KNOW I will return to try other menu items. I love supporting local and really appreciated the great service.

This pub/restaurant checks all the boxes. Menu/food ✅️ atmosphere ✅️ Price ✅️ Its the perfect combination of warm pub-like atmosphere with an elevated menu. We will be back to sample the rest of the menu.

This is sincerely the best hidden gem in the city
The place is so so cute!!!! Rustic elegance and cozy with the most comfy chairs I’ve ever sat in at a pub

The story of the family and the pub name is great but you will never ever have a bad meal or bad service … it is sincerely exquisite and unique and you can see into the immaculate kitchen to know how clean the area is where the food is made !!!
Plus a cold beer and good food help takes the pain of Costco run away 🤣

Bison burger salmon sandwich and tacos are to die for and if you want to be healthy the power bowl is delicious

Plus the patio is great and DOG FRIENDLY

I tried The Haines Mile Pub for the first time today.

I ordered the Elk Sausage & Penne for takeout. It was a nice portion and tasty dish, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to order it again!

The person who took my order over the phone was friendly, as was the one who served me when I arrived to pick up.

The owners seem to take pride in the business. There was a printed note stapled to the bag giving thanks for the support of their establishment and encouraging people to reach out if things weren't satisfactory, or if there were any suggestions or recommendations. Nice to see.

It looks like a nice place - great atmosphere. I look forward to stopping in to eat sometime soon when I have a little more time!

I’ve never left any reviews on restaurants before but this was so disappointing that I feel like leaving a negative one for the first time in my life.

I ended up ordering the $26+tax blackened salmon as when I looked up what it looked like on their official skip the dishes menu and it looked good so I tried it. It was terrible! The salmon was over cooked and both it and the rice were bland and dry tasting. The veggies were not terrible but they were not good enough to save the dish for me. If you come here definitely don’t waste your money on that!

Other than that everything I was able to taste at my table was not great either. The fries were straight up not fresh or good and the buffalo burger was mediocre at best. The fried fish was admittedly pretty tasty though so points for that. I also wasn’t a fan of the music they were playing either.

Anyways I’m sure others have had better experiences here but I wasn’t one of them. I am not likely to ever come back as a result of the food just being so not good for the price being asked. If you get dragged here I recommend is just sticking to the more basic cheap pub food if you can.
