First time in this restaurant. It was so nice to be there. We went for our Christmas party/dinner, and we had the 5 course option. As I went with my husband we had the chance to try all he options as we shared. As a drink we had the ginger beer and it was so good as it tasted like a lemonade with ginger. I was absolutely shocked by the quality of the food here at The Hollows. Given their relative location to other phenomenal brunch restaurants, the competition is fierce, but they pull through.

A true fine dining experience. The building is cool and hip. The menu is outstanding. Locally sourced ingredients, artfully prepared and presented, with interesting flavours. Wonderful selection of cocktails and local craft beers. An interesting backstory re: the owners/chefs too. What’s not to like?
