Sat and waited 1/2 hour till we found out our order wasn’t even placed yet. We were offered a free coffee refill, but lost our appetite. We never used the knives, they came wrapped like that.
They offer to make it right, but they answer email.

A staff member named James helped me when I went to the Wilson Garding Centre to purchase a crust rock. I told him I needed 1 (one yard) of crushed rock delivered to my home, and he said delivery would cost $55. I then asked him how long it would take to deliver the rock, and he replied that they would call me before leaving. Despite the fact that he didn't seem to want to hear about the particular location where I wanted the rock or my concerns, he continued stating that THEY would contact ME BEFORE COMING, I told him I had a meeting at 2 p.m. I departed with that in mind, only to get a call around two o'clock in the afternoon from the delivery man. And I added that James had indicated you would phone me beforehand before coming. I asked him to check the location where I required the rock, and he responded that there were already a lot of vehicles parked there. I tried to explain to James that the location might already be occupied by the time I moved my vehicle. I felt I was treated unfairly when the delivery man left without delivering the Rock and when I returned the following day, he demanded $55 for another delivery. Wilson's Lifestyle Centre must deliver the rock or pay me back in full. Even when clients try to explain their problems, James does not care and has an extremely poor listening skills.

Ordered pizzas, soup and a chicken rice bowl. The pizzas had so much flour on the bottom we had to scrape them before eating, the teriyaki bowl was over $20 and the rice was completely raw. When I pointed out the rice to the staff, I was told they do not make the rice there so they could only make me another and offered nothing else. I left them the full serving at the counter with one bite out of it. On a side note, the slurpees were great.

Just had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was disgusting. The chicken tasted microwaved. It was brown in color and was grisly. I dont know who can screw up a chicken sandwich but they did. Slapped coleslaw on it was had no flavor. Very disappointing. Not worth what I paid.

Had cheese cake here that was 9 dollars. It was so dried out and dehydrated I couldn't get a fork through it. The "whipped cream" had a visible dehydrated skin on it. Must have been in the fridge for a full week. My husband had cold ancient looking pizza... We waited 10.minutes at the counter to even be acknowledged by the staff. If I could give this experience zero stars I would.

Would be great if they were to put up a sign telling you in advance that there is no alcohol allowed in the pet friendly seating instead of the extremely rude cashier telling me he'll ban me from the entire facility if I bring alcohol anywhere else but the cafe seating. Won't be going back and will be sure to spread the word

Cancelled my skip order 20 minutes after placing it. Wasnt given an option to change my order or even request credits insted of waiting a week for the payment to be returned. Rather unprofessional and disappointing.

Hair wrapped around tea bag in my latte. Portions really small and overpriced. Way overpriced for the amount. Service was super slow.They did nothing to compensate. Never again.

The food is amazing. There are options for everyone. The staff is awesome and so accommodating to allergies and preferences. They have lactose free dairy milk for their specialty coffee and they are top quality. Great price for what you get. Such an awesome place to go for a catchup with friends. Great service and food.
