Used to be awesome. Unfortunately, they stopped fairly portioning. The size small, medium and large for dole whip are all the same size. I know they claim to use a different # of swirls but that's a cover-up. If the swirls are thinner, and the diameter is smaller, than the # doesn't change the grams (weight) or mass. It's becomes a trick. Paid large, got the same sizes as before. Not just me, my company has witnessed it multiple times before. Always pay small, people so you don't throw your money away. You've been warned. This place didn't do this in 2020-2023. It used to be more affordable + larger portions with differences in sizes.

I never write negative reviews, but this time everything was just terrible. Service .. the cashier was eating right in front of me without even trying to hide it, and with the same hands made my food. Then I received my hot dog, which had rotten tomatoes inside. At first, I couldn’t even tell if I had bought a hot dog or just a cup of ketchup. Taste: 0 out of 10. I simply threw it in the trash. And let me remind you – the price was $7.50 + service. I do not recommend this place, a health inspection is urgently needed here.

Too sweet!!! Although they look delicious and attractive, but none of these taste good. The strawberry and rasberry flavour suppose to be taste sour and sweet, but I only feel like I eating a ton of sugar. When it combine with sundae and milkshake, it become more sweet than ever. Waste of money and never try it again!!!

Sugar Shack is a lovely spot in Saskatoon for anyone with a sweet tooth. The desserts are fresh and tasty, the coffee pairs perfectly, and the staff make you feel welcome. Cozy atmosphere and a great place to relax with friends.

One of my favorite spots to go for a late night walk with the family, good ice cream treats, Open til 10 most nights, lights and the rivers glowing reflection! 🙋♂️

Ice-cream are so expensive. Just buy magnum or 4L in Walmart. Don't waste money. Also taste like any ice cream in any superstores

Went for smashed burgers but pink inside of one. Not really a thin smashed patty. Fries were good. Several fast food place for smashed burger done right and in the same time. Noticed bathrooms no longer in service. Nice to have a dog water fountain. Maybe just stick to basic ice cream and fries.
