I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and they gave me the wrong one. Instead of fixing their mistake, they asked if I was “okay” with the wrong drink they made. It felt like they didn’t care about getting it right, and it completely ruined my day. I expected better service and respect as a customer. I won’t be coming back.Paid 31.08 just to get wrong items

The atmosphere is so relaxing, especially for when the morning started hectic. The waffle delicious! 😊 My kid got a DIY brekkie sandwich, and it helped fix their egg craving. They are now demanding we come back again soon! The staff were friendly and so patient while we decided what we wanted. Definitely going to come back 😊

The Underground Cafe provides a chill rock music history backdrop to your meal, featuring large portraits of famous musicians, bookcases lined with rock history, and a reading nook. I really enjoyed the smoked tofu BLT and my wife loved the waffles + the Neil Young cocoa turmeric concoction. Quick and good service!

We came into saskatoon for the weekend, and this place came up. came here for brunch. Such a cool, place with nice vibes. service people were very nice, and very patient. the food was great, and i like their coffee as well. i would definitely recommend this place to people!
