Good location kitty corner to market mall. Building recently constructed interior clean and spacious. Literally the largest menu I've seen for a Vietnamese food. Lots of vegetarian options. Vietnamese not your fancy then there's other food options nearby. Two other groups came in just prior to us and service was still fast. I found the food bland. Waitress took took our order I asked for a soup to start. I reminded her the soup was to start. The food came three spoons into my soup. She dropped off the food and she never came back.

Food was decent enough except for the sweet n sour sauce was way watered down and soaked into the noodles and meat. But when my friend told the owners who run the place said it’s 2025 and that’s how it’s made. Hmm beg to differ. Usually it’s a thicker sweet red sauce not runny and orange. Plus the prices are more expensive than most places for what you get. The wife heard us talking and ran to tell her husband who talked to us. Then gave me a plastic desert takeout container and when I asked for a bag in case it leaks he said they don’t give out bags. Or it cost 35 cents for one. Forget it. There are lots of better places in the city that appreciate our service. These two didn’t seem to care.

I am a pho lover and their pho is terrible. You can find any pho shop in Vancouver that is better. The soup is terrible and has no beef flavor. The beef is very woody.
