By far, one of the best noodle bowls in Saskatoon. No shoe leather beef, tasty and tender. Generous portions of vegetables & noodles. A+

Very affordable and delicious food. The chicken noodle was amazing. Size of food is bigger than usual and sometimes you won't be able to finish it.

We came around noon on a Friday and it didn’t look too busy but we had to wait a while to get seated (there were no staff around when we entered). Upon seating, service was quick and friendly. Our noodle bowls arrived hot, fresh and tasted delicious - good quality ingredients.

Was terribly disappointed by the food and more importantly lack of customer service and care at the Preston location. I Did not like the food I got as it was bland to the point the sauce had no colour even or flavour,it was like thickened fat, and had not typical additions to it that were not advertised anywhere which could’ve been fixed relatively easily had they advertised it. But when I ate barely 4 bites of the food and didn’t like it because of the additions and lack of any taste the server took it and threw it out as I said it wasn’t even worth taking home to me. Although my thought was they’d try to rectify the situation somewhat, for example remake it without the soggy bean sprouts and better sauce but nope that didn’t happen. they didn’t even offer me a menu to look at in case I wanted something different, the server just took the plate and left without a word and sat back down at a table. When we went to pay we asked if they’d comp it at all since you couldn’t even tell I had eaten any and was told by the server I was in the wrong for not mentioning that I didn’t like soggy bean sprouts in something that usually doesn’t even have ANY bean sprouts (or at least not at any other Asian restaurant I’ve ever been to anywhere). And that I had to pay full price for something I didn’t even eat and I quote her “because someone has to pay for the food” so she wouldn’t even comp a bit off the only dish I ordered to try to get a returning customer so that’s a bad sign. Oh yeah the server did say she couldn’t wait for a review so here you go ?♀️TLDR: bad service, Left in tears, didn’t eat and still paid full price 0/10 would NOT recommend unless you want to not even be offered food or even a menu after you didn’t like what you got. Left in tears, hungry and feeling stolen from. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.Edit: have since found out this terrible server is the co-owner. Oof never going to support them again. The restaurant was empty at peak dinner so it seems their rudeness might be catching up

We initially enjoyed this restaurant when it opened. We were there a few days ago and ordered diced almond chicken and vegetables along with several other dishes. The vegetables were diced so small it seemed like they came out of a bag of mixed frozen vegetables and I was hard pressed to find any chicken in this dish. I didn't order "vegetables that may have some chicken in it," as this item was under the "chicken" category. The ginger beef came on a sizzling platter on which the underside of the beef was over-done because of the heat. We have no desire to go back, which is sad because of the great start this restaurant made.
Terrible customer service. Server did not even offer to rectify the situation after my meal came out with not typical ingredients I didn’t like and they were not advertised it was on the dish, she didn’t even a offer me menu after i didn’t like what I got. Sat there while my s/o ate and I had no food and no menu to even order something different and the server NEVER came back after tossing the food I sent back not even to check if I needed anything or wanted to order something else. Still paid full price even though I didn’t eat. 0/10 do not recommend unless you also want to be ignored as a paying customer here. Left in tears, hungry and feeling stolen from.
Our first time and we had the wonton soup and spring rolls. Super impressed 10/10. Very friendly and the food quality and taste was ideal. We will be back soon!
