Order two noodle bowls for delivery, spring rolls were not fully cooked and soggy, meat was fatty and gross, huge, huge let down! Also SKIP needs to do better. 6 minutes from Thiens yo my door, after SKIP picked up the order it took the driver 20 minutes to get here, crappy food and crappy service!

Unacceptable wait time! I called to order a pickup and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 50 minutes, only to find out my food wasn’t even started. I had to wait another 20 minutes, making it a total of an hour and a half for a simple order. When I asked, all they said was, “We’re busy.” How busy can you be to make someone wait this long? No apology, no accountability. If you respect your time, avoid this place.

My favourite dine-in spot for lunch in the northend. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Only thing good about this place was Atmosphere, frozen veggie rolls, half cooked and servers were not paying attention to the needs - May not visit again!
There are better Vietnamese places in S’Toon and will like to stick with them.

I called ahead ordered lunch specials #2 at 11:52, and they said 15 mins. I got my food at 12:23. Maybe they started from buying meat from grocery store. ?
