Consistently gets my order wrong. Today I ordered the sausage and scrambled egg box and a couple other items. Told I had to wait 3-4 minutes for the eggs. Ok. No big deal. Ordered the rest of what we were getting, the screen was incorrect, missing the sausage and egg box. I asked if they had it on the order. They said yep. Screen was still wrong. Gave me the total and I drove to the window. I asked if they had the egg box on the order. Yep. Same total. I asked to have the order read back. Surprise, no sausage egg box. “Oh you want the scrambled egg box?” Uh, yeah. Think I mentioned that 4 times. “what kind?” Told them sausage. Again. Fast forward to being parked for 10 minutes. Went into the store to get the order. Fast forward 20 minutes later. THE EGG BOX IS STILL WRONG. It’s some mash up of bacon and a maple syrup?? What the hell. Figure it out Tims.
