I don’t know what’s going on at this 22nd street Tim Hortons, but they consistently hand me cold tea no matter what time of day I order. Hot tea should not taste like it’s been sitting out for an hour. I’ve given them multiple chances, thinking it was just a one-time mistake, but it’s the same thing every visit. It’s frustrating to pay for something simple and not get it right, specially this cold weather. Either the water isn’t heated properly or they’re prepping it way too early. Whatever the reason, it needs to be fixed. I'm paying my order not asking for free.

Menu is same across all stores so no comments on that. I recently tried the flatbread cheese pizza and liked it for its freshness and taste.
I really appreciate the friendliness of staff at this store and they accommodate to customers request.

worse tim hortons in saskatoon. this one should be shut down. they dont know how to get orders right at all. this is twice in one week they messed up. learn how to do the order right like wow. then not to let me talk to manger like so disppointed in this stupid place never going to this one again.

went here for coffee and they got it out fast however the order was incorrect. Doesn’t matter how fast it comes out if I can’t enjoy what I paid for!

Stopped in on a Friday at 10:40 pm and they had the doors locked. No sign on the door saying they were closed early. Website says done in until 12pm. Staff just looked at me, turned and walked away. Unacceptable
