Around 11:20 pm Feb 23, 2026 at Fairlight Drive Saskatoon SK, we had a disappointing experience with my wife at the drive-through. The staff member ( Indian lady) who took our order was impatient and unfriendly and rude. Unfortunately her accent made it difficult for us to understand her. When we asked to add another cup of coffee at the window, she refused and told us to go back to the end of the line. She didn’t even apologized. It’s clear that she needs more training in customer service and be courteous when dealing with customers. Despite this we’re still big fans of Tim’s.

It's Tim Hortons. It's busy every morning and it's delicious! The staff here are great TBH. Friendly and seem to be enjoying themselves at work which is no nice to see.

December 27th, my mom, boyfriend and I were on our way to a funeral and we all ordered three drinks. My mom had asked the worker if she could throw out her old Tim Hortons cup to make space for our new drinks since they took away their garbage outside and the worker was so rude, she was not wanting throw away her old Timmie’s cup and then my mom expressed how they don’t have garbages for her to throw it out herself and the worker yelled at my mom “GO HOME’ my mom was respectful the entire interaction so we were all shocked to have been given such a reaction. We literally go to this Tim hortons almost everyday. Check the footage if you’d like, it was at 8:00am December 27th. It’s frustrating to be treated like that but especially since we were on the way to a funeral. Watch who you hire, I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15 and I’ve handled the rudest people with grace and my mom wasn’t even close to disrespectful.
