I ate their new sandwich on Tuesday June 24 in the afternoon and got food poisoning for the next 3 days. Terrible experience. I don’t recommend trying this sandwich. It was good, but the results were nasty. 👎🏼

Yet another disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a bowl of chili along with the rest of my food. The staff confirmed the chili was added to my order and gave me the total. However, when I got to the window, the chili wasn’t included. I went back through to ask about it, only to be told it hadn’t been added to my order, and they now wanted me to pay $7 for it—without offering any apology. The food I did receive was mediocre and tasted bad.

Did you know that IF YOU TIP YOUR SERVER THE OWNERS KEEP THE MONEY? All tips go straight into the till, unless it is handed to the individual in an envelope with their name on it. At the least this is bad business practice, at the most you are stealing from your employees. Shame on you Tim Hortons!
