I came to this Tim Hortons to buy a donut and coffee, but I noticed a fly sitting on one of the donuts inside the display case. Because of this, I decided not to buy anything.

I reported the issue, but the way it was handled raised concerns, so I have also submitted a complaint to Public Health. Let’s see how this will be resolved.

Food safety and hygiene should be taken more seriously at this location.

The customer service from one particular employee makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming because he says good morning with cheer to every single customer and even on a cloudy day, he brings Sunshine. Turn my four-star to a five-star review. I can usually expect my coffee within 1 minute. These guys are super fast! Also, they keep their dine in open to Street people which is unlike Starbucks and other coffee shops that feel intimidated by the crowds that tend to come in on the west side, which I respect.

Never usually have an issue here. I bought a breakfast sandwich to take to work. When I got there and bit into the sandwich the English muffin was moldy. Not sure how this was overlooked. Was very disappointed
