I came to this Tim Hortons to buy a donut and coffee, but I noticed a fly sitting on one of the donuts inside the display case. Because of this, I decided not to buy anything.
I reported the issue, but the way it was handled raised concerns, so I have also submitted a complaint to Public Health. Let’s see how this will be resolved.
Food safety and hygiene should be taken more seriously at this location.

The customer service from one particular employee makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming because he says good morning with cheer to every single customer and even on a cloudy day, he brings Sunshine. Turn my four-star to a five-star review. I can usually expect my coffee within 1 minute. These guys are super fast! Also, they keep their dine in open to Street people which is unlike Starbucks and other coffee shops that feel intimidated by the crowds that tend to come in on the west side, which I respect.

Never usually have an issue here. I bought a breakfast sandwich to take to work. When I got there and bit into the sandwich the English muffin was moldy. Not sure how this was overlooked. Was very disappointed

While closing the store the product taste differs l, I got a French vanilla and the taste was a big difference

I order large chai tea latte with only milk no water …. Firstly they said we don’t serve without milk … every day I go to Tim order same thing they don’t say me like that …. Lady who was taking order was very rude … after she took my order she told me to drive ahead no thanks no please … such a bad service . I’m very upset…. For sure I will never came back on this Tim . Worst service I ever had .

I’m in town for a week, I don’t have a car, and the hours are listed as 24 hrs with a 24 hr drive through. I show up at 6 to grab breakfast and the doors are locked. Wouldn’t serve me at the drive through either. At least change your hours instead of lying to people.
