I order large chai tea latte with only milk no water …. Firstly they said we don’t serve without milk … every day I go to Tim order same thing they don’t say me like that …. Lady who was taking order was very rude … after she took my order she told me to drive ahead no thanks no please … such a bad service . I’m very upset…. For sure I will never came back on this Tim . Worst service I ever had .

I’m in town for a week, I don’t have a car, and the hours are listed as 24 hrs with a 24 hr drive through. I show up at 6 to grab breakfast and the doors are locked. Wouldn’t serve me at the drive through either. At least change your hours instead of lying to people.

Very bad customer service. We went there 3 times and all times they were rude and kept yelling after messing up orders.I asked for their manager and the lady kept asking "what what what "I get it they are very busy and what not but they need to smarten up or they will be out of business.

Worst tim horton i have ever been. Got crispy chicken cravebales, chicken tenders were so dry and looks like stale and ordered grilled croissant with extra butter, croissant was cold butter was unmelted.Whole meal so terrible. Totally wastage of money.
The lady at the drive thru is rude(wearing blue and beige coloe shirt).Didn't take full order. She was exhausted. She was not even wearing her proper uniform. I always stop here everyday. Not coming back because she just threw my stuff in my hand.

The only draw is convenience. Got a few coffees and a breakfast box thing for 30 bucks!!! How does it make sense for coffee to cost more than beer

Poor service asked for decaffeinated coffee got regular and asked for cream and sugar on the side got one cream and sugar on top of the cup and no stir stick. Don't seem to be trained properly.
