No public washrooms no selection of donuts it took like 10 mins to get anyone to come to the counter to serve us all the time holding it and then asking for the washroom key as the sign on the doors say but when you ask your told the washrooms are not open after 5 pm ... my 69 year old mother ended up wetting her pants ... thank goodness there was a giant tiger where i could go buy her new pants a d underwear and a towel for her to sit on in the car so we could find a public washroom to use. You out my mother through unnecessary embarrassment cause you couldnt let an old women use the rest room because of a policy that would have been simple to let her use it and stand outside the door until she was finished when i told the staff she needs to extremely go that she wont make it anywhere else .... they said too bad and as soon as we got our order and stepped out into the cold air .... her bladder let go and she wet her pants.... she was crying so much cause you couldnt open the washroom after 5pm for just a moment

What I order always tastes very good, but the attention of the staff leaves a lot to say.

Sadly this business has to close down their in-location seating due to homeless people trying to stay too long in the business. I am seriously concerned as the employees indicate it is the same people every time. But I believe this is going too far so I am giving them a low score. They need a better way to handle homeless customers.

Last week I went there to grab a tea and I politely asked a staff named Nazmun to unlock the washroom door for me but she was rude for no reason. Please go and learn to how treat customers.

I got 2 potato wedges tonight. The taste and quality was awful. It was not what I expected at all. It's really disappointing. Tim Hortons must improve its recipe.

I got a coffee from Tim Hortons and here is my review of the restaurant. The atmosphere of Tim Hortons was cozy and casual, with a lot of natural light and comfortable seating. The decor was simple and modern, with some Canadian-themed elements. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee was hot and fresh, with a smooth and rich flavor. I ordered a medium size, which was enough for me. The presentation was standard, with a paper cup and a plastic lid. The variety of coffee options was decent, with different roasts, flavors, and creamers to choose from. The strengths of Tim Hortons were its convenience, affordability, and consistency. The restaurant was easy to access, with a drive-thru and a mobile app. The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity of the coffee. The coffee was always reliable and satisfying, no matter which location or time of the day.The weaknesses of Tim Hortons were its lack of innovation, diversity, and sustainability. The restaurant did not offer anything new or exciting, with the same menu and promotions for a long time. The coffee options were limited, with no specialty drinks, organic beans, or plant-based milks. The environmental impact of the restaurant was questionable, with a lot of disposable packaging and waste.Overall, I had a good dining experience at Tim Hortons, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a quick and easy coffee fix. However, if you are looking for something more adventurous, creative, or eco-friendly, you might want to try a different place.

Liberally watched 3 people go into the bathrooms and shoot up, before walking back out high as a kite and stumling all over the place... all while I had my kids with me. Not

Besides the single long line on the 2-way cashier system, it's a good place to reup on your morning coffee n can not forget that donut to go with it. Good stuff from them, positive attitude ?
