I had the worst experience ever at this location. I went inside to place my order and I was standing in the line, then a homeless guy came up to me and started asking for money so I went to the other side to order and this other homeless person was asking me for money while placing their order. After that, the employee who was taking orders yelled at me that why am I talking to them. I don't think employees are suppose to yell at customers and I am not the one letting homeless people in the store. I think employees at this location need training again on how to treat customers.

Place is ghetto. Tables are dirty. Food is equivalent to dog food. Staff is unsanitary and ignores customers. Hope this place gets shutdown for good. I would rate it zero stars if it was possible

I usually eat 12 grain beglle taosted with creamchees. I am not happy with this location of Tim Hortons because always put just a little of cream chees into the beglles.

Bad customer service, rude staffs. I ordered a maple bacon english muffin, they punched the order as maple bacon croissant. I told them I don’t want croissant since the price is more expensive. They said they will still make it on an english muffin because they don’t have the “english muffin” option on the POS. I drove to the window, say I don’t wanna pay the price for the croissant, then they finally fixed it as an “english muffin” with a rude attitude. How ridiculous? It was on Sunday Sept 8, 2024 around 10am, the Filipino boy at the window and Indian woman order taker.
We ordered the flat bread and the bagel cream cheese. They did not apply adequate amount of cheese on both the orders, when compared to other tim horton locations that we tried these menus previously. The owner needs to understand that we are paying money, not getting it for free. Never going back to this location in particular.

The food is the same as everywhere but the service is atrocious, went through the drive thru and the lady on the speaker was very short with words and rushed you even though there was no line, just rude then when I confronted her about it she blamed the speaker and rolled her eyes at me when all I said was it'd be nice if you used your manners, I got no apology and will never be coming back to this Tim Hortons as long as they hire trash employees like her
