I had the displeasure of visiting this coffee shop drive-through recently, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First off, the staff were about as welcoming as a cold cup of coffee left out in the rain. Not only were they rude, but they seemed to be in such a hurry to get rid of me that they didn't even bother asking if I wanted any dipping sauce with my order.To top it off, when I realized they forgot to include the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with my potatoes and veggies, they had the audacity to tell me I had to go back around in the queue just to get it. Seriously? I've never encountered such laziness and incompetence in customer service.It's clear that this coffee shop cares more about pushing customers through their drive-through as quickly as possible than actually providing a decent experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other coffee shops out there that actually value their customers and know how to treat them with respect.

My frequent visits to Tim Hortons Idylwyld location have usually been okay, but today's experience was disappointing. As usual, we ordered our coffee and potato wedges through the drive-thru, but the staff member taking our order seemed rushed and didn't inquire about our choice of dipping sauce. When we requested the sauce at the window, the staff's response was abrupt and unfriendly, insisting we circle back through the snow to reorder. Despite our attempts to explain our concern, they engaged in a 10-minute argument without attempting to understand our perspective. This level of service is unprecedented in all my experiences across Saskatchewan.

My family and I have coffee at this location 4-6 times a week.we have been coming here for years. Unfortunately it's getting to the point we might be finding a new location to have coffee. The amount of people coming to ask us for cigarettes,or change, it has even happened when sitting inside the store. The worst part of this location is the amount of drug addicts that are doing drugs in the bathrooms. The other day both a male and female went to the woman's bathroom for at least 15 minutes. Another time, a guy passed out in the mens bayhroom with a broken pipe beside him..I don't know if the staff stopped caring about this issue and I understand they can only do so much. But management could improve this by adding blue bulbs, or a locking system where you need to be buzzed into the bathroom. It has really gotten out of control and has made what should be a comfortable environment anything but that.

the absolutely WORST customer service ever. the lady name Ash slapped the window in front of my face after handed out the drink to me without any thank you or smile and completely ignored me while I was waiting to get my receipt. When I ordered drink at the drive thru, I wanted a medium size instead of small one and the Filipino refused to change it with such an attitude. Then at the end they gave a nasty ice capp with cream all over the lid. disgusting. Yesterday was a new year eve and you guys literally just ruined it. Would never come back here again.

Muskan was incredibly rude to me after handing me the wrong order. Absolutely appalled that she would speak to me the way she did when I politely asked for the correct order.

They messed up on 2 drinks. First 1 they put cream in the coffee and not on the side, my friend doesn't like that much cream. She wasn't happy with me when I asked her to change it. As we were leaving we went through the drive through, I asked for cream in the tea. When we got to our destination I was told there was no cream ???? Seriously?
