I just went through the drive thru at 9.40 am and each time I spoke he repeated it back mocking my British accent. I could hear them all laughing in the background. When I pulled up to the window they were all laughing and I asked why are you mocking my accent. He apologized 3 times but was still smirking and laughing. I felt embarrassed and humiliated and it has really upset me.

WOW are they are ever cheaping out on their food lately. The farmer's wrap is like half the size that it used to be and the breakfast belt, the sausage patty is like half the size of the bagel and five mm thick. Coffees still awesome but I definitely don't recommend the food.

Just worst experience, I enter in the drive thru lane and took me all the way to window, we missed the speaker where they take order . I went to this time horton very first time, and I had told on window that I did not find the ordering board so can you please take order here, that window server said No, I am like “okay” if you can’t take on window then I probably need to go all the way to idylwyld drive and come back then she call her manager/supervisor name DIMPLE or DIVYA i think, i request her too that sorry we didn’t find speaker to order, she said no we cannot take order here, you need to go back and come again. They can understand right??? They have option to Break in on till and take order. Ridiculous service, even that girl’s attitude no hi nothing, she was like NOOOOO Please teach them some etiquette to talk to customers

Most of the staff were ok but only one asian short girl was mean. She couldn’t hand the food to me but threw it on counter aggressively without saying any word or looking at me like I was a beggar. It wasn’t on a bad day but every time she serves me it’s always that kind of attitude. That ruined my mood and I dont really want to visit that location again.
