A very clean and well-lit Tim Hortons compared to many other locations in the city. There is plenty of parking and a drive-thru as well.
The shop itself was clean and the display cases looked inviting and full. There was plenty of seating available as well and the tables were clean as compared to many other location which I have found to be quite greasy and lacking in cleanliness. I really liked this central location as well. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Areas of improvement would be the temperature of the steeped tea as it appeared to be lukewarm as opposed to hot, maybe some calibration is required. Another thing to mention is the bathrooms were not too clean and there was no soap in the dispensers. It would be nice to have regular maintenance of the bathrooms to ensure supplies are stocked and that the bathroom is kept clean.

Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich, got a dry burnt bagel and it wasn’t even that busy... seems every time I go to to any Tim Hortons there are issues. kinda sad to be honest

Service was a bit slow, but the bathrooms were among the grossest I have come across. It is very clear that they have not been cleaned for a long time based on all of the filth around the base of the toilets. The smell in the bathrooms suggested the same.

Was served by a lady named Guri. My 5 year old wanted a sip of water in summer time. The lady wanted to charge for the cup. I had purchased a coffee and donut, didn’t want the water without any other purchase. The audacity is that Tim Horton’s runs a children’s foundation but is cheap enough to charge for water in summer from a toddler. Shame!!
I use to go to Tim's regularly especially when I was driving taxi in Kelowna. Now I drive transport truck and most of the garbage I see scattered along Canadian highways and at truck stops is from Tim Hortons. It's not you it's your customers

Was there at 10:15 waiting for a windshield replacement. Despite being super busy, had my whole breakfast donut and coffee faster than I could blink. Great service!
