Excellent service done by the staff.I am visiting this Tim Hortons from past 5 years they never give me a chance to complaint.Excellent staff,so cheerful and helping nature of the staff. They always are so polite and upsell especially the 3-11 shift staff is so nice?the girls are fast in taking,preparing amd serving orders.This is the best Tim Hortons in the city.

I visited this Tim Hortons and a customer was already sitting inside and I was confused so I went to the door and they didn't notice then I went to the window even though I was saying hello in the order window as well then she was very rude her name is kavya and she was clicking his other workmate picture sitting on the table. I come only twice and I'm not coming here anymore.. Thanks for the service

Worst service I have had at any location in the city. Everywhere I can order ahead and it’s ready when I get there in 5-10 minutes. This place never has it ready, I’ll order 30 min- 1hour ahead of time and it’s never ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they don’t make it til you get there. I have places to be and there’s a reason order ahead is even an option.

At 2:45 I ordered tea with one cream half sweetener when I got my tea after I drive to work I find out my tea was cold more than ice tea probably….. the reason I don’t drive back because my work start at 3:00
I ordered medium frinch vanilla with have coffee, with employee was bulging muscle he was as-hole with me, the time was October 10 yesterday around 10:00 am, and ordered breakfast sandwich sausage belt on 12 green bagels and I explained to him tomato cheese and lettuce, first time he was trying to charge me $ 11.13 , I said it’s too much and fixed it, When I received my order was regular breakfast no cheese no tomato no lettuce, and my coffee was medium just Frisch vanilla wasn’t there coffee, I talked to manager he was such a nice guy solved the problem

we order loadad cresant with tea and 2 coffees, they made it without changing the gloves, and they forgot to put hash brown, after asking the manager says we can give you in side, I said no, they made another one for us, again the hash brown was not fully cooked, worse experience of mine in TIMS first time ever.

This drive thru doesn’t play in the morning. Even when it’s a long line you’re outta there in 2 minutes. Never had any issues with burnt coffee or cold food from this one either.
