For some reason they always get BELT wrong which stands for “Bacon Egg Lettuce Tomatoe”, NOT SAUSAGE!!! When I drive back a couple miles to change order they don’t even offer an extra hashbrown or something for your trouble!

I have eaten here a few times and the food has been good most of the time. I picked up a sandwich and chili on Jan.15 and while the sandwich was good, I was put off by the piece of plastic bag that was in my chili. I’m thinking a little more attention should be given when cutting a bag open and pouring out the contents then serving the plastic to customers. I contacted Tim Hortons through the app the day it happened and haven’t heard anything back yet.

They made the BBQ chicken bowl with Chipotle. I like that bowl bc it doesn't have Chipotle. Was not impressed when I stopped to quickly pick it up and find out later it was made spicy.

I am a trucker was there at store today around 1:10am for coffeeThe store front was closed so I went and knocked on drive thru windowI didn’t see anyone at front of store staff working literally ignored meI was standing in freezing weather and was snowingThen I banged the window so that someone can hear and help me but no one showed upI tried calling store no one answeredIn meanwhile another trucker came along and then I really knocked door hard or can say banged then a person showed up and said have patience we are. Working at back and cleaningWe said we are standing for long time to get coffee he said we don’t take calls at night and don’t serve at windowThe other trucker left immediately as was truckers are also clockedI asked again to serve but he argued a lot before servingI am also a regular customer at night did not experience that beforeI only got large coffee I felt bad for other trucker.The guy didn’t had name tag on otherwise I would have not shied to take name of himWorst customer service and ruined mine as other truckers night

The iced coffee and cookie were good. However my iced coffee had virtually no oat milk in it. To top it off the washrooms were in a state. It really doesn't seem like this restaurant cares about sanitization if this is how the washrooms look. All the fixtures had a thin cloudy film over everything. Toilet seat included. I won't be making this tims a regular stop. Their are cleaner ones in this city.

Very bad experience, I order 3 time coffee buy he give me wrong and manager and staff very bad behavior with me ,I say he is perfect customer are wrong ,I'm regular customer but next time not come this location

It’s a little frustrating when you wait for 15 minutes after placing a mobile order just to see the whole line that came In after you get there food first, and then get a cold sausage biscuit afterwards, and I wasn’t waiting another 15 to get another one so I just ate it. Great food but when you can get food faster at a dine in restaurant there’s a problem there.
