Awesome store and cool service representatives. It was highly busy but these guys handled the situation well. Very polite and sweet people, kudos to the whole team!!!

Tim Hortons as the brand famous for food and its taste but this location doesn't believe in this so. The staff here isn't friendly as I have seen on other branches, they seem to me that they aren't willing to work but they are on work. They frown to see customers rather than be happy. If you are not interested to work Or happy with your current job than there are many to work. Don't make your customers experience by unprofessional behaviour.

I attend this Tim Hortons 5 days a week as i go to the college a few blocks away. And everytime Shahina is working the service is wonderful, And the coffees taste great! 5 stars for me.

This has been 2 days in a row that my bagel has been burnt with barely any cream cheese. I had to throw the last one out. Really dissapointing.

One of the workers here named Anmol served me really bad . I did greeting to her and she was very rude to me . She threatened me to call security . I wanna say on thing only that if you don’t how to treat people don’t work here just quit and give somebody else a opportunity to work .

Normally I like this location. But my ice coffee today was watered down. And tasted to much like milk instead of coffee. So how much milk even got added? I asked for the regular amount. Not pleased and not sure I'd return now

Experienced absolutely fantastic customer service Every-time I visited here, specially a customer representative guy name vijay. Really cool, and calm demeanour and assisted us multiple times if we have ordered something wrong. Kudos to that guy ??✨?
