It’s always great coming here in the mornings. The service from Shahina is amazing and she consistently goes above and beyond. Great way to start the day with a positive vibe.

I order all the time here cause I work in the mall but unfortunately today I ordered a poppy seed muffin and found a hair in it I’m a little concerned as it’s not my hair I have long ginger hair while this is short and black

Just a concern, If somebody doesn’t like to work and always in bad mood then it’s a good time for replacement. The Manager at this location is always rude and frustrate.
She must need a long vacation.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I believe the manager’s name is Shahina, and I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional she was. Instead of resolving my issue politely, she was dismissive, raised her voice, and made me feel like a nuisance rather than a customer.
I’ve been a regular customer here, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. A manager should set the tone for the staff, and if this is the example being set, it’s no wonder customer service is going downhill. Very poor experience.

Staff never listen. Always gets my order wrong or miss something.
