Please consider hiring additional staff, as the service is especially poor on Sundays.

I am happy that action has taken place. Before, I used to be scared walking in here because of the homeless essentially camping inside.

I would see them partake in illegal activities frequently. This obviously created an unsafe environment for staff and customers. It also obviously had an impact on the staff her were less patient and had diminished customer service skills.

However, it is unfortunate that we civilized folks can’t sit on chairs and eat our food because many take advantage of the relaxed policies. Maybe instead of removing seating and washrooms, they can invest in security?

Terrible customer service, homeless people inside the place all the time ruining everything, if you go an hour before closing they will tell you that they have nothing to offer you because they are about to close

We all keep talking about why downtown Saskatoon is not growing! Well, if the only Tim Hortons at downtown cannot offer proper services for clients, then what do you expect? My wife and I went for a walk and coffee this afternoon and we were told that the coffee shop does not have customer washroom any more! Don't we know that the Tim Horton franchises offer the best return on the investment for the owners? Isn't the owner's responsibility to provide the best customer service and contribute to the society, especially downtown growth and success? Shouldn't part of the return on wealth be invested locally?
Isn't part of the health region requirements that restaurants and coffee shops should have customer washrooms? What if someone is used to wash hands before eating? Has this store been inspected to pass the SHA codes and standards?
Isn't this building a government office building?
Where are we going? I guess the answer is clear that why downtown is quiet!

Nice place and wonderful service.

Very nice service I was experiencing problems with my Samsung NFC payment and she had patience and did not get upset with me after it took about three or four attempts. She was very nice about it and she said sometimes they try the other till where the bluetooth reader is and sometimes it ends up that my app just keeps on crashing I do not recommend using the Samsung Galaxy s24 F E because the app crashes when you put your car details in and do not depend on just having your phone for payments so that's just a heads up but the service that Tim Hortons on 22nd Street and 4th Avenue was fantastic
