The Worst Tim Hortons in saskatoon. If not all of Sask. Will not go here again. No cutlery for scrambled egg box, “assorted” timbits were have old fashioned and almost half birthday cake and a couple chocolate (worst flavors). Coffee was definitely not a double double. Terrible service

I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on English muffin and the muffin was moldy. I requested a new sandwich and they said they were out of English muffins so I got a biscuit instead and they messed up again and made a sausage breakfast sandwich instead of a bacon breakfast sandwich. I didn’t want to hassle again so I just ate it:(

I always visit at that place they always refused to have our orders today before 11 I visited there for egg croissant they refused to they have no right now it was 10.30. Same happened many times with me this totally disappointed service I never visit again there they should keep service for customers all time what is the they have no. This is not happened one time it happened every time when I visited. I really wasted my time . Totally Unsatisfied with this service.

Yesterday, a male employee here gave me a Iced Coffee with 1 sugar, no cream. But, I ordered Iced Coffee with 1 cream, no sugar. He blames it to me. He yelled at me. Very bossy and ridiculous service. I am a loyal customer here. How dare he is. And then, I came back this place for 2 medium Iced Coffee. I just say 1 sugar. After that, I immediatelly said sorry and I wanted to say 1 cream, no sugar. But he interrupted me and used his finger pointed at me and showed me a bossy, disgusting behavior with me again. I don't want to blame the fault to all of employees here. I only say, I have experienced a worst service in this place of my life. The fault was cause by him. He is a very tall employee. Otherwise, I like the service of the Filipina staffs here. Every Filipina staffs here are good. So, I still give it 5 stars.

Bad service female staff seems she was having a bad day or she hates her job. I was very nice and smiled with them but she took my order never say anything until i paid and left. No thank you or greetings at all! If she doesn’t like her job then quit! You don’t belong to Tim Horton’s because you don’t have the talent to serve and work in hospitality industry! I ordered Iced caf at 5:45 pm February 21. She is the smallest filipina there with light colour uniform.

This is the slowest tim Hortons in Canada. If there is 3 people infront of you you will wait like 15 min Went to try again today because it's literally the only place that serves food in mall besides taco time and I went to order a bagel belt. First off they could not understand I wanted bacon and sausage on it then once.they finally got it they said that will be 15 minutes Are you kidding me? Tim Hortons has went downhill in every aspect. Especially customer service. I'm done with it.

I love going here! im a regular at this tim hortons? But there is this certain worker that works during the morning, she has LONG hair in a ponytail and is short. The lines in the morning are really long and whenever im there i see the same worker with the long ponytail, she takes so long to prepare my order and others! She always takes her time. I hope you can do something about this worker. Overall this tim hortons is a 10/10

Me my friends are used to seat and have coffee there every Monday at 5.30. Yesterday we went there 5.25PM and asking for coffee, the attendance told they closed the coffee. We surprised! How Tim Horton closed coffee service 30 minutes before to close?

Standard mall Tim Hortons, had a lot of donut choices in the mornings - I came here for breakfast 3 times in the past week. Mall is rather empty so it was never busy so wait time was minimal. Order 6 donuts and beat the tax.

Bad service takes a long time. I'm pregnant and the attendant threw the wrap on the floor and I asked her if she could change it and she said that she didn't throw it away and that she wasn't going to change it. Bad service!
