I was at drive-thru ordering 1 dozen of Raspberry Cheesecake doughnut. First server who transferred me to other server to take my order without any given notice. Second server who tried to get my order I asked her “do you have any 1 dozen of raspberry cheese cake doughnut?” She just said “No!” And chat with other server next to her and laughing loudly I could hear everything though speaker… I said “then how many do you have? She said “we have one left” I asked her politely “then can you make 12? (usually other tim horton branch they offer me 10mins to make it so politely asked me to wait) but that lady server kept laughing at me chatting with other server (first person who tried to take my order)… that has ruined my mood so I canceled everything… Is this how Tim Horton treating their customer who is visiting that location for last 4-5yrs every single day (You can verify my everyday transaction at that Tim Horton branch that I always use my membership card) I have worked at banking industry for last long time and I never treat my client as this… I fell really shamed and disrespectful… this was really the moment or experience made me reconsider going to Tim Horton again… I loved Tim Horton and still love it but It would be appreciate more if you train your staff with better manner. Thanks

Terrible customer service. Tonight I was witness to horrible customer service. We were in the line to get a coffe for about 20 min as they tried to make a pizza ready for a customer. There was another person infront of us and after they gave the pizza after 20 min he suggested them politely to ask customer with these kind of orders in parking lot and we don't need to wait in line for 20 min one of the staff started arguing with him and then she refused service him just for suggestion can you believe it???!!!!! She also treated us very rudely I read her name tag and she was Riya. Shame on this branch Tim Horton recruitment team for hiring these kind of people.

Stood in line for 5 mins while they had 8 people working on 1 order for drive through.... no one paying attention to the indoor patrons means I walked out of there without buying anything. Not a great outcome for a business. Serves me right, the last time I was there I was handed a half creamed bagel... Tim hortons is nothing like it was, skip it. Will go to 7/11 across the street next time...

I usually avoid this location because the food and service is horrible. Today I decided to go here, because it's close to my home and I didn't want to drive out further. BUT, as usual, horrible! It took maybe 20 seconds to go through the drive through, but my farmers wrap is barely edible, the hashbrown inside the wrap is rock hard. The double double I ordered had no sugar. Thier was no cars behind me but the woman was so loud like shouting and rushing me to get my form of payment. I'm a smiley, happy person, why shout?

Worst tim hortons i’ve ever been to in Saskatoon. When you ask for extra sauce for a farmers wrap they put NOTHING. Happened to me multiple times. Not just once. They charge you extra and put NO SAUCE AT ALL. Came down for a donut craving. There was barely anything at all. People are RUDE. BIG NO TO THIS LOCATION.

Kid-friendliness: There’s really nowhere for kids to be except for at the table. It’s more of an adult centred Tim Hortons I would say.

Terrible Tim Hortons location. They keep getting my order wrong after I repeat it multiple times. I ask for toasted muffins and it’s never toasted. I had to check in my bag for my stuff, and they forgot certain orders. 1/10 garbage
