Shame on you Tim Hortons. In the drive through today I was accidentally handed a large iced coffee in a cracked cup. About 1/3 of the coffee spilled out on my dress, coat, and car. I asked the manager if Tim Horton’s would pay for the dry cleaning of my coat. They replied that the staff member would have to pay for it…The staff member! Who makes minimum wage, in a service industry job! Who gives me fantastic service every time I go there!Isn’t it interesting how no rational person would make that staff member pay out of pocket for the dry cleaning….it is a very clever business strategy. Disgusting, vile, and reprehensible, but oh so clever.Lesson learned: Tip your server even in the drive through, because they don’t get paid enough to be treated like that.

Service is awful. We were ignored for a few minutes at the till while they only helped the drive through and didn’t even acknowledge us. They were out of the orange ginger refresher and all teas except for green tea. The strawberry refreshers were meh and didn’t seem like the same colour? The dream cookie was the only good thing.

Terrible. Donuts are stale, two Boston cream had almost no cream inside. Vanilla Latte had no vanilla-tasted like milk and water. 3rd time I’ve been there and bad quality every time. Go elsewhere!

Worst Tims in the province. Slow and unorganized every time I go. I waited to rate this to give them a fair shake but it’s been a travesty every time.

very bad service and bad experience, I arrived at drive thru very happy with my family of 4, I placed my order and paid for it with the gift card I had, and the cashier who served me said ok and the difference in the total balance, I paid with my card from the application, oh surprise the cashier tells me that the transaction did not work, the supposed "supervisor" Janak arrived and said that he had to reset the system because sometimes it crashes and when he made the new transaction again, oh surprise he told me that the gift card is at zero and I politely explained that it is obviously at zero because her partner had already passed it on. Long short story, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to solve the problem and I had to give my personal information because according to the "supervisor" Janak, he couldn't give me the order because the card was at zero and again I explained that his colleague had just confirmed that Yes, she passed the gift card and it was ok with money balance, but "supervisor" Janak, very angry, told me that he didn't trust on his team member because she was new and was in training. Conclusion, this Janak as supervisor has very bad management and poor customer service management, he did not solve the problem and left his co-worker exposed, who told me verbatim that he did not trust her and could not deliver the order to me until I give him my personal information, and even hinted that if I wanted my order for free, as I told him to his face, my complaint was not about the money, it was about the way he handled the situation due to a failure that was theirs and not mine and insinuating me that I was lying about the gift card that had zero balance. What bad time I through with my husband and kids, I have been a regular customer since I came here to Saskatoon and saw this location nearby but now they just lost a customer and believe me I will tell all my friends and contacts about this poor Tim Hortons location the worst I have been to in whole Canada.
