It’s hard to imagine modern day tim Hortons somehow getting worse but this one manages to push the bar even lower.
Between the rude and non communicative staff, to the smell to the lack of understanding of things like toasting an English muffin it’s hard to pin down the worst thing here.
For me it’s the attitude from the guy running the till because someone ordered coffee.

They can’t bother to open a 2nd till to serve the customers inside in the mornings I once called them out on it as the line up gets really long and some customers end up waiting outside, drive thru are not the only paying customers!
