Service was very slow, considering it was quiet in the restaurant. It’s also very difficult to redeem points. I always have to make changes in my app to redeem points, and it may not always work. Please make this a better experience for the customer

Worst customer service. 1020 am on Aug.3rd,2025. We are the only car in line. Lady in drive through taking order sounded like she was mad she had to be there. Got to window, man just held out his hand. We asked what's the total, he seemed mad. Tells us total and again just holds out his hand. We hand him money, he grabs it and gives change. Then hands us drinks and closes window. No clue why the anger

Great service and friendly staff
I do not recommend eating here, strongly and unreservedly.
I ordered on the app barbecue chicken bowl . After 10 minutes I arrived for lunch, first of all the food is cold and most likely yesterday's food.
Upon request for reheating it turned out that yesterday's food looked terrible.
I asked for something for the time spent in addition to a refund and my request was ignored.
Instead of a package, I was given a spoon placed on a plate.
I am not satisfied, although I was happy when I went to the store. After store I feel starving
