Service on Saturday mornings are abysmal, like 4 people running the store, terrible management. They didn’t have my egg ready for my sandwich and asked me to come inside. And totop it off they gave me a donut instead of my manwhich.

Got told to come inside after waiting in the drive through as they didn’t have any eggs ready. Which is fine but normally they take your order still. Now I get to wait longer inside before they take my order. To top it off they didn’t even give me my donut which they charged me for. The crazy part is I saw her grab the donut so where did it go??

Terrible ice coffee! Mostly cream. Went in to have it remade. Just dumped some out , and added more cream ?? I have 4 ice cubes left in my ICED coffee. Disappointed !

Got a really good customer service from an Indian girl who worked yesterday afternoon from the backend who took my order. Rare to see such welcoming and polite attitude in other Tim Hortons locations. One other girl who works in Front end is also good at customer service. Appreciated for putting such staff.

This is the worst Tims in the entire city, they get my order wrong 8/10 times and even if they do get it right the food is terrible. That and the coffee is either watered down or burnt. Would recommend avoiding this Tims and go to a different location.

Have to stop getting my morning coffee at this location. The smell of perfume is so overwhelmingly strong it is on the cups and lids in the mornings. My vehicle immediately strongly smells of perfume as soon as I take an order.I have even had co-workers comment that they can smell it...from the cup. In a welding shop.Otherwise friendly and fast staff, but someone needs to cut back on the scents. You can almost taste it.
