I have not seen any tim hortons more clean then this any time I visit they always have clean and spotless storefront. This has been my regular go to for a cup coffee with peace and will be for a long long time.

Yeah this place is very good staff behave polite, kind and respectful too and good service. And always fresh means yeah they mean it sell fresh foods to customers.

I ordered delivery on the Tims app (I live in Brighton) and it was sent to the Rosewood location.. And then the dash driver delivered it to the downtown Tim Hortons and said they couldn't find my house! It literally searches no problem at all on Google maps and what logic is there to take my order from one Tim's to another?!

Oh and what a surprise, I try to go to customer support tab in the app, and it causes a complete app crash and is unusable. You literally can't access support.

Then the driver called and I had to explain in great detail where I live. The food arrived stone cold and my hot beverage was an iced tea by time it arrived.

Pathetic service, you really need to tweak the app to determine the closest location, fix it for customer support, and use some logic where the food is going.

I deserve a gift card for this level of service.

I went there to order a grilled cheese. I had one not too long ago and it was still on the menu on the Tim Hortons app. But alas when I ordered it the worker informed me it was discontinued and has been for a while. That’s ok. I ordered the chicken cilantro wrap and it was excellent. I then ordered a honey dip donut and an iced tea. I drove up to the window and waited a long time before the worker came over. They informed me they are out of honey dip donuts and asked if I wanted anything else. That’s ok it happens. So I got a chocolate dip. She walked away and again took a while before she came back to hand me my order and I paid and left. My wrap was great but when I took a sip of my iced tea it did not taste right. Almost watered down and like a flat pop, not at all what their iced tea usually tastes like. But things took a turn for the worst when i reached for my donut. I pulled it out of the bag and half of the icing was gone. I looked in the bag and there was absolutely none on the inside that had rubbed off. I’m very disappointed with this experience. Will not go back to this location.

Got there to make an order and I (A Black Woman) was not acknowledged for about 11min until my White husband stepped in to make the same order and they didn’t attend to my order for another 25min and they keep answering other clients that came after me,until I asked for a refund which they also didn’t want to give back until my husband insisted on the refund.

I felt discriminated against and so sad because of how I was treated..

My girlfriend was in line and ignored until I came and got someone's attention. Then once we ordered we waited 25 minutes and eventually asked for a refund. They didn't want to give her a refund until I stepped in and insisted. Overall terrible customer service that left my girlfriend feeling very low. Save your money and go elsewhere.
