Waited 15 minutes for 1 xl double double. Had 1 worker that looked lost working on it the entire time and a line piling up while 3 staff members are too busy hanging lights than to help the build up of customers

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good. Only issue was the bathroom was blocked and nearly inaccessible. Came here now and a few months back with a disability aid and couldn't use the bathroom.
Wheelchair accessibility: Women's bathroom inaccessible due to clutter/storage around the bathroom. Even though it's marked as an accsasable toilet. If you are a woman you might need to use the mens washroom.

Bad experience. Today I went to this tim hortons around 12:30 PM and I ordered French vanilla with tim bits thru drive thru. The French Vanilla was like a white hot water. I was in rush and not able to come back and return the order. I was really bad when you pay and not get right order.

We came to drive thru and my husband order triple triple coffee but he so diasspointed and not satisfied his coffee because they don’t put sugar on it. nothing taste any sweet lmao This is so many times we complaining!!

I came in to borrow the washroom. I entered the girls washroom and was swarmed by flies. No obvious mess i could see except splatter all over toilet seat. Family washroom was much filthier. I went to try to get a worker to address this but was fully ignored at the till for many minutes by 4 different workers. This was at 7am. No one else inside and only occasional drive-thru. I drive for a living hence the visit so early as i needed the bathroom desperately i covered the seat in their lil napkin toilet paper things and went. On my way out there was a person inside ordering. So i told them how filthy the bathrooms both were and asked how there could be so many flies in a restaurant without any attempts to control/kill them? (No sticky paper etc). She said oh ok thanks for letting me know. Yeah I'll never order food there. Disgusting. If me describing the state of both your washrooms didn't shock you then i cant imagine the kitchen etc.

Vac-Man “Vac-Man Carpet Cleaning”
There was eight cars ahead of me when I pulled into the drive-thru. It took me 28 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I ordered a chili. When I got to the window they said let me get that for you. Shut the window and I waited there for another 5 minutes. How hard is it to put chili in a bowl? Definitely some of the most useless staff I've seen in fast food.
Edit: When I got home the lid had come off the chili and spilled out in the bag through the bag and all over the floor of my vehicle. I had had enough at this point and called them. They offered to replace the chili and give me a $10 gift card but I am going to have to steam clean the heck out of the floor the vehicle. Good thing that is what I do for a living otherwise I would be passing them the bill.
Don't go in...they will make you wait forever for your order..we waited 10min for 2 breakfast sandwiches.

The location is clean and well-maintained, especially Restroom.
However, during peak hours, the drive-thru can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and professional.
Overall, it’s a solid spot for a typical Tim Hortons experience with reliable food and service. Love Tims !
