Love this Tim's. Always have lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Every time I order through the drive-thru, my order gets messed up. Today, I ordered two coffees, two wraps, and 20 Timbits. Instead, they charged me $11 for only two Timbits, one wrap, and one coffee. After I corrected them, they charged me $13 for the remaining 18 Timbits and one wrap. Then I told them again that I had ordered two coffees, but they had only given me one, so I ended up being charged yet again for the second coffee.
The customer service was very poor. No apologies were given, and the staff acted as if the mistake was my fault. Very disappointing experience.

They need to train their staff on taking orders 5 minutes for simple combo is ridiculous.

Bacon was not cooked. When the staff were sweeping the floor, they used that same broom to swipe off the table tops, they did not go back and wipe the tables off with cleaner.

Rude staff ask them politely how long the order would take they will reply you with such attitude that you would never feel like coming back to this location
pointed out to server that there was a fly on the fritter the apple fritter she just shook the tray and it fell to the tray below. I asked her if she was gonna take the donut out that was crawling on and she didn’t do nothing from what I’m told. I’ll never get a response to my complaint and you don’t do much about them, but I’ll give it to you anyway I’m also gonna go to the media with that cause that’s crap

Typically okay but they often get the order wrong. I use the drive thru and they repeat the order back to you but still get it wrong. There have been times where i order bacon on my breakfast wrap and get sausage instead, other times i will order a B.E.L.T breakfast sandwich and they forget the tomato and lettuce. Not a huge deal but im annoyed of paying for one thing and getting something different.
The quality and portion is decreasing day by day. i ordered wrap and its taste so bad.

Today 11:10am-11:15am I go through drive thru to order a coffee. The girl doesnt tell me the price just says pull up to thw window( train your staff) im polite say Thank you multiple times and say have a good day, what do i receive in return, cold stare and turns her back away from me. I go to take a drink of my coffee and I smell her filthy Body order on the lid of my coffee. I called immediately to talk to some one and complain and told our drive thru staff dont wear gloves. Your handling food and drinks! Its mandatory for health and safety. It makes no sense everyone else wears gloves but not drive thru. Wouldn't be hard to start a law suit against tim Hortons. Might even already be one started. Ill be reporting every tim Hortons in canada to health and safety and get them all shut down permanently.

Realy getting tired of placing my order and then have to 5 to 10 minutes for a coffee and an ice cap. Drive through and delivery driver are the priority. Maybe I should go to another location.

Just get your basic order and go. Don't complicate things with your bs orders. Typical timmies just super busy with it's location. In and out Tim Hortons.. others are waiting.
