I have been to Tim Hortons stores all across the country and I have never had a positive experience that I always have at the Saskatoon Broadway location. I can understand why this store has received numerous awards from the company's evaluators. The store has recently gained a new manager, Ivonne, who is outstanding not only in maintaining the excellent reputation of the store but in taking a real interest in the customers. At each (daily) visit, she patiently listens to, and smiles at, my broken Spanish as I order my coffee. She is very friendly, cheerful and focused, and her naturally confident and warm manner endears her to her staff and customers; I can see that clearly. I also want to give a shout-out to the young staff who are remarkably dedicated, so much fun, and who always greet me with a wonderful smile and kindness. I want to identify them as I know them by name: Mansi, Jashan, Neha, Pawan, Komal, Aman and Amal. They make my day...every day! Thanks to these young people, and who always work hard and who contribute in an important way to the great reputation of Broadway Tim Hortons.

I am a regular at this tims and for the past 3 times I tried to order the habanaro chicken bowl the person at the counter just makes the wrap Instead of the bowl for me and tells me that's what I ordered this has happend 3 times now completely ruining my opinion

I bought 50 munchkins, plain bagel & 6 donuts.Asked for table napkins, as there was no table napkin dispenser. A younger girl was pulling napkins 1 at a time from the dispenser they have by their side of the counter til she shoved everything in a small bag - it looked like napkins coming from a trash bin - all crumpled & disaray fashion! YUCK HOW GROSS

Drive through staff here sucked today. I have been using Tim’s mobile order since the day we got it here. Today was the first time I had ordered to the counter instead of the drive thru by accident and the staff was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. Spent more time arguing with me over getting to it to the window than it would have taken her to just walk the 20 feet and pass it off.
