I didn’t shop at Tim Hilton because the service is getting worse and worse. Today my son wanted to eat there again, so I went to drive through. Obviously, you guys don’t deserve a second chance! First of all, the order taker was very impatient, kept asking me is that all after every item even I told her it will be a big order at the beginning. Honestly, I kind of noticed that Tim Holton doesn’t like big orders. Cause every when I placed a big order, they started to give me an attitude. Second, I ordered the drinks and it barely filled up to the edge, and your staff told me that’s the right size.

On January 6, 2026, during the morning shift, I visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. I was ignored by the staff and the manager on duty for about 10 minutes after arriving. When the manager finally approached me, she checked my phone for the order details and then disappeared for another 10 minutes without any update or communication.
I tried multiple times to get someone’s attention using hand gestures, but no one responded. When the manager eventually returned, she refused to prepare my order, stating that the printer was not working and she could not print a receipt. Even after I showed the full order details on my phone, she still declined to make the order.
The lack of communication, assistance, and basic customer service made this experience very frustrating and unprofessional.

Stopped in as my kids wanted timbits. It took 5 minutes for an associate to approach the counter. She wasn't really engaged. My kids asked for their 10 packs of timbits. We paid and left. Two of my kids counted their timbits and were short 2. Just an FYI.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a veggie wrap, but the employee handed me a chicken wrap. When I told them about the mistake, the staff’s attitude was dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address the lack of attention, customer service, and accountability at this location.

One of my first reviews ever but I needed to say it, got a medium ice cap and a farmers wrap, ice capo was filled below the lid which isn’t normal because usually I get them filled well above that, and the farmers wrap was barely room temperature and I was in a warm car. Tried to go around and ask for a replacement or something but was basically just told to leave from what I could understand because the employees were not clear. $12 gone down the drain.
