I usually don’t write reviews, but I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons (Mc clocklin around 6:50pm). I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order, and the crew member at the register was barely doing anything. When I politely called her over, she responded in a very rude tone, telling me to wait. She came over shortly after but didn’t greet me at all—just stood there silently.

After I placed my order, she didn’t say a single word—not even a “thank you”—and just walked away. When my order was ready, she handed it to me with an attitude and left without a word. There was no sense of customer service or basic courtesy. I understand busy moments happen, but it wasn’t even a busy time and there were no customers except me, basic respect and professionalism should still be there. Really disappointed.
I would really like to add her name but when I tried to look for her name on the name tag there was nothing written on it. She wears glasses and this has happened a few times now, it’s not the first time she behaved like this.

Hi,
Sorry for my words but It seems you don’t have staff interested in working.
When I asked for few things her answer was No. Today at 5:45pm, I asked the lady, Do you have Ginger bread syrup, answer No; then when I asked her for half FV with half Cappuccino, she said we are cleaning the machine and will take more than 10 minutes, so you can order something else.
I may be wrong but it’s better to be aware about.
Business is yours!

Same to be expected with all Tim Hortons locations. This location is quieter than others inside so it's a good choice if you'd like to do something with minimal distractions.

Kid-friendliness: Yes as with all other locations.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramp up to doorway.

December 14 2024 at 215pm. Went inside the restaurant waited 10 min until I walked out cause no one acknowledged me even after saying excuse me. 5 or more workers huddle around each other talking in their own language not caring that I was waiting at the till. Worse place to go to. Do not recommend.

Sometimes you can’t understand the employees through the head seat. They get part of the order right because they don’t listen or they don’t hear what I said while ordering and when you get up to the window and they didn’t get the dunk I ordered and they missed it and I think if they don’t pay attention that your drink should be free or at least some discount. If they don’t listen or having trouble with English language as their second language then the manager shouldn’t put them on drive through because they are hurting to get so many though the drive through then the manager shouldn’t put them on there so that they have more experience with getting through a line up of people’s and can learn the pace and to listen to the customer. Other than that it’s been a good place to get a coffee and donuts, soup and sandwiches/wraps ect are good and tastes delicious

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-through today and had a terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes, and when I gave the survey code, the staff member didn’t know how to process it. She refused to get help, saying everyone was asleep. She was rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t understand her, and it was a complete waste of time. Very disappointed with the service. She was from the Philippines, and her attitude was unacceptable.
