Review:I recently visited Tim Hortons at 9 am and was disappointed by the lack of customer service provided by the worker, Mark. As I greeted him with a cheerful "Good morning," he did not even acknowledge my greeting with a smile or a response. Having worked at Tim Hortons for five years myself, I understand the importance of providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, and Mark's behavior fell short of that standard.Not only did Mark fail to engage with customers in a courteous manner, but I also observed him yelling at his coworkers, creating a tense and unpleasant environment for both employees and customers. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also impacts the overall experience for those visiting the establishment.This was not the first time I had a negative encounter with Mark, as a previous experience in the drive-thru left me feeling dissatisfied. While I initially brushed it off, attributing it to a bad day, it has become apparent that Mark's lack of customer service skills and unprofessional behavior are consistent issues.In a customer-facing industry like the service sector, it is essential for workers to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold a standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, Mark's demeanor and interactions with customers have left much to be desired, and his attitude has the potential to impact the reputation of the establishment negatively. I hope that Tim Hortons takes steps to address these concerns and ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.

Ordered a breakfast combo, waiting on the side for my food, and staff is busy putting together a pickup order. I see a sandwich sitting on the soup steamer lids getting blasted/soggy with steam. After the staff make the same order twice by accident, they eventually grab this now nearly 10 minute old cold and soggy sandwich and hand it to me. I made a comment about it to them (I was polite) and got nothing but silence. I had to turn and leave otherwise I'd be late for work, seeing as it already took so long to get my order. Not a good start to my day at all.

Slow service !! It happened with me twice !!First time i kept standing for 10 minutes and. No one took my order and i left without food and even today they took so long ! They noticed me but didn’t come to me .. i called for help yet ignored, they were not even buzy at all.

Why is it that only one employee can fill up a large ice cap properly and the rest fill it almost only half way and refuse to fill it up more for you. I ordered a large not a medium, fill it up properly smh.

I had ordered soup and a grilled cheese melt, by the time I brought the food home I noticed mold on the bread. Very saddened by this because this is my go-to tims. I am hoping it is a one off, but its turned me off of the bread there. Aside from that - service has always been great.

The most disgusting service and they serve incomplete portions of food. They cheat people and the staff is disrespectful. Never ever come here. This place is Tarnishing the reputation of Tim Hortons’s as a whole.

I went at Tim Hortons, 2128 McClocklin Rd, Saskatoon with my family at around 12.30AM on July 30, 2023 because it was showing 24 hours open at your official web page but the main door was locked whereas staff was inside then I knocked the door and the staff told me that the Tim Hortons branch is closed. It is weird, if you are showing 24 hours open then why was it closed at that time. Please update the time information of the web page of the branch to save your customer time, if it is not 24 hours.

Had ham melt cheese was nicely melted, was amazed the ham was warm usually still frozen cold at center of sandwich, too much mayo. Not sure why every sandwich place in canada loads on the sauces. Makes any sanwich and sub just taste like the sauce you cant taste the meat or cheese in this case mayo.
