I ordered a latte, but what I received was brewed coffee with milk, not a latte. When I returned to politely point this out, the staff member began arguing with me and made me feel as if I was trying to get something for free. I buy lattes twice a day and have been doing so for many years—I know very well how a latte looks and tastes. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The staff member involved needs proper coaching on customer service and how to handle feedback respectfully.

If I could give 1 Star I would.. more concerned with drive thru times and basically chucks the products at you. God forbid if you go inside to order. I waited in line over 10 minutes with 5 people in front of me who had been waiting for longer. Employees ignored customers waiting inside the business and focused on drive thru. Very very disappointed in service here

Ordered a dc 2c and hazelnut cb. First sip for both, theres something wrong. This does not taste like normal cold brew and decaf. Cold brew tastes old, was it sitting there since the 30th? Decaf tastes like water :(
Usually okay, but long wait inside the store today and the employee at the till was very short, cutting me off at the end of my sentences. May have been a staffing issue to cause the employee to be so stressed.
Edit. I'm reducing my review as of 12-21-2025. They are getting way worse about prioritizing drive through over in store. I found 18 drive through orders fulfilled before I got 2 food items. That's crazy.

It was 10pm your restaurant hours say till 11 they closed an hour early the doors to the restaurant and begin to point at the drive thru bit I can't really order drive thru since I am in heavy equipment clearing the snow of the market maybe your workers should know how to service your customers and keep the doors open til actual on the door hours
