This Tim’s gives the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The workers constantly mess up orders and when you politely ask them to change it they practically fight you about it. It honestly shocks me every time and so now I’ve just stopped going to this location. If you want bad service and the wrong order… this is the Tims for you :/

I come back and get disappointed 4/5 times. On two occasions i have ordered online through uber and my order been wrong or just sad. Last time they missed two sauces and two donuts. Yesterday they gave me the saddest looking turkey melt ive seen. for $9 is a crazy price to pay for a slice of cheese and a slice of turkey. Almost 3 years ago this sandwich would've been loaded. im not sure why the workers skimp out on the amount given but its not even worth it to go back and get it changed since it never changes.
Dont bother going save your money and SUPPORT LOCAL.
