Went there today at drive thru, employee doesn’t even say Hi. She just said “can i take your order” in a mumbled voice. I couldn’t even understand what she was tryna say. As soon as i went to the window, the employee just had a grunt face, i understand if she’s tired or whatever but you have to be presentable when it comes to customers. She didn’t say “Hi” She basically shoved the scanner towards me and then few sec, she was looking at me and said didnt work so i let her scanned my phone again. She gave me the food and didn’t say anything at all. I didn’t like the vibe and probably won’t come here again

If you've ever wondered what pure, unadulterated joy tastes like, look no further than Tim Hortons' Cold Coolers. These frosty concoctions are like a vacation in a cup, but without the hassle of sunscreen and sand in awkward places. The moment you take your first sip, it's like Mother Nature herself decided to throw an icy party in your mouth. The brain freeze? Oh, it's just your brain doing the cha-cha because it's so darn excited. It's like a dance-off between your taste buds and your frontal lobe, and trust me, your taste buds are winning. Now, let's talk flavors. They've got more options than your indecisive friend at an ice cream parlor. From classic Iced Cappuccino to indulgent Chocolate Chill, each sip is like a sweet symphony playing in your mouth. And if you're feeling wild, you can even mix and match to create your own flavor combos. Espresso and raspberry? Why not! This isn't a coffee shop; it's a flavor playground. But wait, there's more! The whipped cream on top is like the cherry on an already fabulous sundae. It's the kind of whipped cream that makes you question why you ever bothered with non-whipped-cream-topped beverages in the first place. It's the whipped cream you never knew you needed until now.And let's not forget the straw. It's not just a straw; it's a portal to a world of icy delight. Sucking up those last precious drops feels like you've discovered the secret to eternal brain-freeze-induced happiness. In conclusion, Tim Hortons' Cold Coolers are a triumph of frozen beverage engineering. They're like a Canadian winter vacation for your taste buds, without the snow shoveling. So, do yourself a favor and treat your palate to a Cold Cooler adventure. Your brain might protest momentarily with a brain freeze, but your taste buds will thank you for the laughter-inducing, icy ecstasy!

Very pool quality control in this location, I alway order coffee or tea with defined sugar and milk, but some of the staff are very careless to add more sugar or use sweeten instead, and sometimes coffee or tea arent hot enough, they seem not pay attention to what customer has ordered and super slow for orders.

They made it a requirement to give my name. I shouldn't be required to do anything.

Zero all around. In the city for an emergency, on my way out after not eating for 9 hours I decided to swing In to grab a bite for the drive. Guess they don’t serve any food at all including snacks at 11 and take 15 mins to make an ice coffee? NOT

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap for my son who cannot have tomatoes. The employee took my order made me wait so she could make sure my order was right, when I got to the window, I said please make sure there is no tomatoes on that wrap just to be sure as I did not want to go back. The employee at the window assured me it was made without tomato, so I get home and the wrap has tomato’s in it!! ?

This Tim Horton’s is the worst place I have ever experience. The staff there are then most unprofessional and rude. There attitude is disgusting. They treat people horrible. I hope Tim Horton’s fire everyone and close it down. I will tell everyone never to go here. Horrible place !

The quality of this Tim Hortons location is so low that they do not even deserve a full explanation here. Shut down and demolish this location - fire anyone who ever had anything to do with it (out of a cannon) , and let's pretend it never existed.Take note: I wrote this written review AFTER the "very concerning" response by the company.I called head office about the absolute incompetence at this location, and they said all I can do is try to solve it with the management at the store. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT

I went two weeks ago at 11 pm and ordered iced capp. The guy working said that the machine is not working. I went after two days during the day and got ice capp. I went tonight at 11:10 pm, and he said the machine is not working, again!!
