Absolutely terrible experience at Tim Hortons on 11th St. this morning. I simply asked to substitute an egg for bacon, even offering to pay extra, but the manager was incredibly rude. She flat-out refused, saying their system doesn’t allow customization—even if I paid more. What’s worse is the attitude she gave me, as if I was asking for something outrageous.
After this frustrating encounter, I checked the reviews and wasn’t surprised—most low-rated ones mention the awful service, not the food or atmosphere. It seems like bad service is the norm here, especially in the morning. If you don’t want to start your day dealing with rude staff and a terrible attitude, I’d highly recommend avoiding this location.

Service very slow and impersonal. Tables dirty on arrival and not cleaned at all in 45 minutes Garbages all overflowing Seemed like more than adequate staff but very noisy and a lot of tom foolary going on Very disappointing and happening more and more often at Tim Hortons locations in my vicinity

Literally served a wrap with spoiled and almost rotten lettuce. Honestly how can someone do this? Its very obvious to tell if the lettuce is fresh or even if its barely good to use. Extremely insane ppl preparing food. Horrible. Stay away from this place.

They have issues understanding what is being ordered through the drive thru. Usually don't sound very friendly. Sometimes, come to the speaker and just say hello. At the window, they are usually polite and friendly. Sometimes they mark the wrong coffee.

I order belt with no egg ✔️ add mayo everything else was okay on belt . So I get it NOT a Speck mayo was on there WTF ... i was only there .. at 5am how could u mess this up Pure Lazyness like come on ....... simple READ WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS

I went to drive thru and I ordered a large triple triple but they gave a tea lmao. It’s just a wasting of time to get back and get a correct order lmao next time be wise what you heard and repeat the order all the time!!
