Trash cans in front overflowing and a toboggan in front of the door. Said to husband hmm, somebody not on trash duty and we thought somebody there with kids because of the toboggan. INSIDE, TRASH BINS ALSO OVERFLOWING….two groups of men. Ordered breakfast and when we sat down noticed how disgusting filthy and dirty the place was. No kids…so why the toboggan out front ? Two different mitts on the floor and nobody around. Table behind us cluttered and full of used dirty containers, napkins INCLUDING A URINE SPECIMEN CONTAINER !! WINDOW LEDGES FILTHY WITH SAUCE,DIRT AND CRUD….floors dirty… cant believe this place is even open due to health and cleanliness standards not being met….. needs to be inspected!!
Come on, early Sunday morning, dirty tables and floors and bathrooms and already filthy ? We have health and cleanliness standards so why aren’t managers enforcing them ??. Where are managers/owners anyway ??? Not young kids working so should know better.
TIMS on 8th street by the Centre Mall/GOODLIFE Fitness is also dirty and I have refused to go there for over two years. Kitchen floors dirty, nobody cleaning tables, bathrooms not clean… Groups of men who loiter, smoke outside and back and forth.
WHERE ARE MANAGERS? Why aren’t sanitation and cleanliness standards being met ?

I loved this location until Indian students were delivering great products and service.
Since Chinese looking staff took over this location both product quality and service has fallen through the floor. I kept ignoring it for a few days but was forced to downgrade my review.
Few days ago I ordered 2 bagels one with plain cream and one with herb and garlic cream cheese. I received both with plain cream cheese.
Next day I ordered extra large French Vanilla for my wife and got Extra large black Coffee which we realized after entering the highway.
Today I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and after full five minutes wait at the window got tiny amount of cream cheese placed in the middle of the bagles. That pissed my wife off and she told me to go inside and tell them to add proper amount and spread it properly.
I went inside where Chinese looking staff argued with me in broken English for another 5 minutes before agreeing to replace both bagles by saying they don't have time to keep arguing with me! :(

I purchased a club sandwich for $7. When I got the sandwich it had two pieces of bacon, two pieces of tomato and one piece of lettuce!!! This “chain” is the furthest restaurant from being Canadian or a good deal!! Last time I checked we serve Canadian bacon in restaurants!! Not two pieces of shaved pork!!! What an absolute joke this company is!! STAY AWAY CANADIANS!!! Tim’s is NO MORE!!!

This is by far the worst location I have ever had food from. The staff don’t seem to think very much or listen very well. I asked for a 50 pack of assorted Timbits and specifically said I would like a variety. I could see that they weren’t out of Timbits too, so I assumed it wouldn’t be hard to ask for. Lo and behold I get a box of maybe five or six different Timbits, and the rest of them are all those disgusting new berry yogurt Timbits, or whatever they are supposed to be. I swear it doesn’t take a genius to package an appealing order.

Today was the final time I come here. It's unsafe. The coffee is always cold and I cannot get to the drive thru wi dow without being bothered by the homeless. My order was wrong again. Manager doesn't seem to care. Workers look lifeless. Not a good experience. The Betts Timmies is like night n day to this debacle of a Tim Hortons. Do better
