I hope the owner or manager see this but I arrived at the location and went in to place my order there was a person just paying and I was next, I then waited 10-15 min as 3 different staff walked past the till even making eye contact knowing I was there while they went from talking to other staff or bringing supplies to a different station. Have one or two people at each station and a person at the till because it is a pain when the person goes away from the till to make a full order when there is a lot of staff but everyone is huddled around the drive thru window, I see there is displays near each station telling the order so by having a person at a station and a person at the till it should speed up orders for people that dine in or come inside to order out

When your husband forgets about the leap back ( for Alberta) and his phone wasn't staying on Sask time. We were 2 hours early for our hockey game ! So enjoyed a coffee and donuts before the game .I love that we can ask for 3 shots of milk in our son's hot chocolate so it's the perfect temperature for an 8 year old to enjoy right away !And the mini egg donut for the WIN

well it's been 5 years since I left my one star review because the staff at this location was unable to take an order and deliver it.In a moment of weakness today I went and ordered a breakfast for my coworker and I. Simple order. 4 Cheese bagel breakfast bacon sandwich combo with hash brown and a large double double. Tried to also order a english biscuit breakfast combo with hash brown and large double double only to be told the were out of english biscuits. Fine. I ask if they would double up my order, as in 2 4 Cheese bagel breakfast combos with hash browns and 2 large double doubles. the person rang me up for this and I paid $18.00ish dollars for this. was handed my bag and drove to work only to find that I received 2 poppy seed bagel sandwiches, one with cream cheese and one with an egg. one hash brown and 2 coffees.So, not only was I ripped off for several dollars, I was given the wrong items. Terrible.........I should have never, ever gone back to this place. Worst ever. Everyone should avoid this place. McDonalds is better than this.Zero stars. bulldoze this place and put up a real business that actually gives people what they order and what they pay for.thanks for nothing!

Ok, I've left a review previously about the white hot chocolate incident. Today, this is just borderline insulting. I've ordered a simple medium hot chocolate, and it's WAY too sweet! I had to split the contents in half and add water to both to help mitigate the sweetness. It's like you gave me an extra large hot chocolate but in a medium size. Seriously? I'm done with this location. Other Tim Hortons do better work than this one, and those that do, they generously get a tip.

What ensued was a series of email exchanges that were not only time-consuming but also extremely frustrating. I found it disconcerting that I was required to invest so much time articulating the issues I faced during my visit.To add to my dissatisfaction, the resolution offered to me was wholly inadequate. After all the time and effort I spent providing detailed feedback, I was offered a mere refund equivalent to the cost of one coffee in the form of rewards. This not only undervalues my time and experience but also fails to address the larger issue of subpar service at your establishment.Better to avoid this place in future.* my rating should be 1 Star*I was served warm coffee, when I already said that I need it hot. One women who serves on right side short height is extremely rude. Avoid going to her side for order.

i like the staff during the morning, even if it’s really busy and takes awhile to get the order, they usually make their iced coffees really good. however, during night time, the staff keep making mistakes on my order. there are times that the iced coffees aren’t edible because of how super sweet they are. also one of the employees does not have an idea what a loaded chilli is, it made me feel stupid even tho it was in the menu
