I visited the drive-thru today and ordered my usual: a bagel with cream cheese, a croissant, and a decaf coffee. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. They didn’t toast my bagel and added butter instead of cream cheese. I drove back to have it corrected, and while they did fix the butter mistake, they still didn’t toast the bagel.

On top of that, the staff misheard "decaf" as "dark roast" and gave me a dark roast coffee with "DC" written on the lid even after I corrected my order at the window. I didn’t realize the mistake until 11 PM, when I couldn’t fall asleep due to the caffeine.

This was a really frustrating experience. I’ve been a regular customer since this location opened and have never had an issue until today. A bagel that isn’t toasted is hard to eat, and this kind of miscommunication shouldn’t happen. I hope the manager addresses this by training employees to confirm orders with customers if they’re unsure.
