I am diabetic and always ask for just 2 creams. Most times they still add sugar, and this has happened at several locations. This is very concerning as it poses a major health risk. How hard is it not to put sugar in?

Very poor service. Multiple times in December, the staff did not follow the order queue and served people who ordered after me first. Tonight, I bought two sandwiches—both buns were burned and tasted awful due to burnt onions. Clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Very disappointing.

I ordered lunch through Skip the Dishes from this Tim's. I place my order at 12:30 hoping to have gone for my lunch break at 1 when my food typically arrives. With the icy streets, I gave the benefit of the doubt when it said my food was going to take an hour from the ordered time. I pushed my lunch back until 1:30 but my food still hadn't arrived. So I called this location and was told it had been picked up already and I had to deliver with the deliver service. Low and behold, my order ended up being delivered at 2:50, 2 hours and 20 minutes after I had ordered and a hour and 20 minutes after I had gone for my break which I was suppose to eat this food on. Not impressed in the slightest.

I ordered breakfast here and was really disappointed. The egg had a lot of eggshell mixed in, which made it almost impossible to eat. Really hoping the kitchen pays more attention to quality control because this shouldn’t happen.
