Employees at this Tim are rude as well as useless. There was no customer at the counter still they said to wait 5 mins and its almost exact 15 minutes but still they havnt prepared order .even 3 girls were working together but they were wandering here and there. Zero customer service. At the end one girl name ANISA prepared order and apologize which was very nice.

There’s another Tim’s not far from this location, and the service is much better. Have had way too many issues at this location to ever want to go back.

I visited this Tim’s location for the first time with someone else when we had to visit Market Mall for something. This Tim’s location is small inside with a few tables to sit at. We were hoping to sit at one of them but were all taken even though there wasn’t a lineup. The menu boards that are above behind the counter/ till here changed very quickly and we both found it difficult to read when deciding what to get. Thankfully the staff members operating the till was friendly and helpful here.

I went through the drive thru as I always do when I'm working. Today I paid with cash, the worker dropped $2.25 of my money on the ground and shrugged his shoulders. I couldn't get out of my car, as I was close to the window and couldn't open my door. So I ended up driving away with my money laying there, he says have a good day. I yelled back my money's on the ground how is that a good day? Is there not a protocol for when this happens? This can't be the first time a worker has dropped money at the window. Why is this now my problem?

This is the worst costumer service I have ever received! I waited a while to order and when the young girl took my order she kept interrupting me with "just a second' I waited awhile for my food, they didn't give me a fork and when i repeatedly asked for a fork she kept saying again "just a second' I asked again and was just ignored. When waiting another customer came back in because they made a mistake with her order and they kept arguing with her that it was her mistake. Wont be a repeated customer! (This was oct 12 @ 7:!5)
