One of the best tim hortons I have ever been to. The people working there are super nice. They always greet you with a smile. The guy who works in the evening whose name is Gursharan has even memorized my order. Overall it is a really great tim hortons location.

She very rude with me I don’t know why. I just ask how much time because I was waiting from 10 minutes. She answer like I work already and very rudely I just silent because I feel shameful. Next time I don’t talk with her I don’t give order and I don’t take food from her. Last she don’t respect for customer service

I recently visited a Tim Hortons location and was impressed by the staff’s helpfulness. They prepared my food exactly as I requested. Additionally, I had a small issue with the Tims app, and one of the team members kindly assisted me in resolving it. I truly appreciate their hard work!

I am a regular customer at this Tim Hortons, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, and most importantly, they genuinely care about their customers.
This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The lady at the drive-thru was incredibly rude, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. We’ve dealt with this behavior multiple times now. It seems like drive-thru employees consistently lack basic manners. They really need proper customer service training before coming to work. What a disappointment.????

The ladies here were so rude. Me and my friends went through the drive thru, we ordered a donut and an iced cap. When we got to the window my friend realized her card was missing, so I went to grab mine. We told them to give us a second, but they didn’t, instead, another lady popped up and yelled “if you don’t have the money, give us back the food” to which my friend replied, “we just need a second could you calm down,” they closed the window. We ended up paying and taking our food but the disrespect I had to tolerate was crazy.
