Every time I order a breakfast sandwich they give me the wrong meat or add eggs or double my order went I only order 1 every time. Even when the drive thru person had my order right on the screen. They’ve always made it right if I go back; however, majority of the time, I’m on the way to work so I don’t have time to turn around and then I’ve paid for something I can’t eat.
Seems like they care more about having fast drive thru times instead of getting orders correct the first time. Speedy service is redundant when you don’t receive what you paid for.

Customers can make use of the app to earn the reward points and save them for a coffee or snack when you reach the points to redeem. You can also check for some promotions each time when you are there since the app may give you something special.

Ordered a coffee, was made to wait 10 mins....coffee arrived....wrong order! Went to the counter and was ignored for a further 7/8 mins until I walked to the guy who served me and handed him back the coffee...told him I didn't have a further 18 mins to wait for a simple cup of coffee and went about my day. Won't be making the mistake of going here again! Ya try to buy Canadian and not send your dollars across the border and all you get is incompetence and inconsistency right across the entire timmies franchise! Had a timmies in Carstairs Alberta get every single aspect of our order for 4 people wrong! And I mean every single aspect....wrong coffees, wrong sandwiches....all wrong. Got snarky when we pulled them on it!

Worst food quality experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. This kind of careless service degrades the reputation of the entire brand and leaves a negative impression on customers.
I ordered a chai tea latte early in the morning, and in their rush to save drive-thru timer seconds, the staff didn’t even bother to froth the milk properly. What I received was nothing but cold milk instead of an actual latte.
It’s shocking that the timer has become more important than basic product quality and customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with this level of service from a reputed franchise. If you care about quality, I’d strongly recommend choosing another location.

Can't get order rite every time I order online. Bagels not toasted or burnt. Wrong kind of cream cheese. Wrong tea almost every morning. The girl at the window is usally on her cell phone. Was told to contact support but it doesn't let you send the email. What a waste of time.

We came to eat here around 8:45pm and wanted to order garlic bread, and they told us they had just cleaned the oven so they couldn't make that so we had to order something else. I get it if you clean your oven 30 mins before you close I understand our food options to be limited but come on, but at 8:45pm I'd like to simply just order some garlic bread 😊
