Food is hit and miss. Chick bowls are NOT worth the money. Most of the time food is not fresh and amount of food varies.got half a bowl. Service is slow.

They have a kiosk to take orders.
I'm not going to be held liable for inputting wrong. Not legally competent (training, knowledge, and experience). I'm not paid or discounted to use the machine versus a human employee earning a wage.

Exceptionally slow.

Slow to cook. Slow to pour. Slow to replenish items when they are low but wait until the quantity is emptied.

They speak their languages while on shift, with customers present. English country. English province. English business. The official global language of business is English.

The front counter is ignored.
They'll socialize, the drive thru takes priority, they hide in the back. Until someone gets their attention, customers will be lined up waiting.
Staff do not like being interrupted if sweeping or refilling something. They don't know their stock (try ordering k-cups / Keurig stock) they are clueless to what they have or what it is.

Update -
Food quality is improving. Service still lacks.

Went through the drive through this morning, my friend had an allergy so after the lady handed us our food my friend checked to see if there was any of the sauce she was allergic to on her food. In the 10 extra seconds it took to do that the Indian lady who helped us opened the window, stuck her head out, and gave us the NASTIEST look I have ever received. So hostile. Keep in mind there was no one behind us in the drive through line so there was no line to hold up. I wish I asked for her name because she genuinely looked disgusted for some reason. And not to mention they got our orders wrong along with all of this. Asked for whipped cream, didnt get any. Tried to order a latte, their latte machine was apparently broken. Super disappointing and I won't be going back here.

I went to the store again to report and for replacement and again they gave me the same cold tea. Seriously guys

Every time I order a breakfast sandwich they give me the wrong meat or add eggs or double my order went I only order 1 every time. Even when the drive thru person had my order right on the screen. They’ve always made it right if I go back; however, majority of the time, I’m on the way to work so I don’t have time to turn around and then I’ve paid for something I can’t eat.

Seems like they care more about having fast drive thru times instead of getting orders correct the first time. Speedy service is redundant when you don’t receive what you paid for.
