I was overcharged by $3.00 for 6 smile cookies , the shelf price showed $1.50 each, but I was charged $2.00 each. Shen I pointed this out to the employee I was told that there was nothing he could do because that was the price in their system. I said he should get a manager or supervisor and he said he would tell the manager to remove the shelf price. He walked away and I had to ask for him for the cookies because he only served me the ice cap that was also ordered.
Drive thru was quick and easy, unlike a few others that i have visited. No delay in service no repeating orders ,😁.

I ordered a French Vanilla with quarter coffee 27th April around 9:30 pm at this location on drive thru. Whoever took my order has hearing issues or no knowledge about the drinks. He gave me Steep tea with quarter coffee. I don’t know what’s wrong with Tim Horton workers they like to give whatever their mind wants and spoil their customers mood and Money. I just want to say be attentive and give right orders to customers instead ruin their mood. 👎🏻
