A vast majority of the workers are rude and have no mannerisms with customers.. Market Mall location always makes me flat bread pizza's at 10-11 pm in the evening whereas this location staff told me they don't. I was lied to several years ago too by a staff member that I could buy hockey cards after midnight of that night and the white dude working drive thru had lied and told me I couldn't as they were locked up. That older white lady too was pretty rude and moody as well who was a long time employee their who worked drive thru as well. All they offer too is a free donut or coffee with their mistake and mishap.. Tim's has gotten very cheap too..lots of the staff too don't even know how that Tim's hockey picks challenge rules work either. The evening and overnight staff are always rude or have no customer service. Quality too has really gone down hill as well over the last decade or so. I won't be returning to this location again.

Always a delight visiting this location! The steeped tea is just right, and the everything bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese hits the spot. The staff here truly make the difference — warm, friendly, and always efficient. Their positive attitude makes the whole experience that much better. Highly recommended!
