Staff doesn’t care, she got my order wrong then when I proceeded through to get my food was mumbled at had my wrap thrown at me and then her and two other staff member say something in a different language and all laugh at me. I wanted a farmers sausage wraps meal… hashbrown and coffee but just got the wrap. The management really needs to be looked at for customer service training and how to have friendly staff. I was not greeted or told to have a good day just basic service skills.They are going to be in serious trouble when Starbucks opens. I drove all the way to the Preston Starbucks and was talked to friendly and cautiously today. Time was around 11:30.

It's a Tim Hortons! Staff are fast and pleasant. I think their cappuccino machine could use a good service, unless you prefer watered down coffee. And watch out for Karen's in cars at the drive through, not only will they butt in line but they may just hit you with their SUV while on their phones!

Tea is totally cold when i say this is a cold can you change please she saying no that’s normal this cold every time and also I am waiting for my bagel she can’t care about me and just waste my time after 5 minutes i say can I get my bagel she saying oo it’s your one second. We ordered a cheese and tomatoe panini and we got this cold, hard cheeze by the way wasn't even melted. The chili was so watery it was like they put all the leftovers together and served it. And this also was cold. The other half and I ordered medium original coffee with 1 milk each. Both of our coffees where ruined cause of the sour milk. You could see the curdled milk on the top of each of our coffees. C'Mon timmies check to make sure the milk is not sour...
