This place is constantly understaffed and the wait times are infuriating. This morning I went inside and there was 4 people ahead of me. 20 minute wait to get a coffee. Only 4 people working inside, the tills went completely unstaffed for 5 minutes at a time. Desperate need for more staff.

I visited Tim Horton recently and had a great experience! The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. Prabh provided excellent service, being friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I highly recommend this location for a quick and enjoyable coffee break!

Ordered 2 medium Ice Caps on drive thru, on the screen amount was $6 and something. But on the time of payment I was charged more than $9 !! Charging $9 for 2 ice caps is steeling !! Train your staff to charge the actual real amount !!

This sandwich is a complete mess. It wasn't busy at all and yet there was a wait. For what, I'm not sure..Soggy bun with all sauce. Little lettuce. What lettuce that is in there is going bad in spots. They cut the meat in half compared to any other time. Doesn't even go across the whole bun. I feel very ripped off.

Got two iced coffees this morning and they were absolutely terrible. Coffee tasted burnt and bitter, also wasn’t even filled fully. I’ve had better experiences here previously but this was super disappointing.
