I ordered at the drive thru. The girl took my order thrice and repeated it to me because she kept deleting and re entering it and somehow still got it wrong. When I went in, instead of understanding the issue and asking the girl they kept saying oh you did not ASK for the hash brown in their broken English. Ask the girl who took my order. And then gossiping with each other in their language “ehne ta hash brown leta nhi si” atleast talk to me properly in English first and ask the person who’s actually at fault for taking the order wrong instead of blaming the customer. DO BETTER

Went through the drive thru this morning and got the best drive thru service from Brendon. He did not try to rush us, made sure we had everything we ordered and was just generally kind to us. Thank you for being incredible at your job.

Raves Rants
I'll say my big gripe was my washroom experience. When I went in there was only one toilet and the door lock didn't work. I had to tie my coat on the door like I'm fending off crazies from entering. Someone knocked and tried to open the door at one point: It reminded me of the bathroom scene from Pursuit of Happiness when someone tried to use the bathroom when Will Smith was inside. Anyways that battle aside, after I fully vacated the bowls I had to deal with the atrocious toilet paper that dissolved like cotton candy around the rectum leaving my hands brown, smelly and bits of toilet paper stuck between my digits. I eventually made it to the sink to wash up and thank goodness nobody else was there. I never felt more feral in my life. But the fresh coffee more than made up for that PLUS they got my food order right and understood me the whole time so I rate it more than 1 star.

Went through drive through and tryed to order a deal on the app and they messed it up big time on top of I had to wait wile I watched 8 cars go through the other line befor they even helped me. Probably worst experience I have had ever at a drive through

Came here for breakfast with my mother and my daughter today. My mom got a sausage biscuit sandwich and they forgot the sausage in it. She didn't notice til half way done so she brings it to an a employee she asks if they want the old one? They say no we will make you a new one. Filipino looking guy maybe a supervisor or a manager? Stares us down for the wrong sandwich.. like he wanted it back? Or thought we lied. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Doubt we will return to this location. Probably just stick to the one by lawson mall. Never had your employees makes us feel so uncomfortable for a wrong sandwich. I work in customer Service also and I don't ever do that to ppl. Like he looked like he was gonna cry or yell at us over it. He didn't but sure looked upset like we ruined his day over it.

Picked up Berry boot muffins today very very very, very dry. Tasted old couldn’t even swallow. That’s how dry it was, which is very sad because those were my favorite, and I won’t be getting another one.
